Morning, OTT.
Hey! None of you assholes even said happy birthday to me!
Don't worry about it Temp...They too forgot about me on 9/6. :cry:

Happy Birthday, anyway!

Happy Birthday Mak!

Way to go Mak!

So I have an issue. I can connect to these people's wireless router, but my wife's dell notebook can't. It keeps saying that it is 'out of range' despite the fact that it shows all bars and the router is 7 feet away. I haven't had any issues at all. Any suggestions on what to do? She's set to obtain IP addresses automatically and all of that. These people have an 'Orange Live Box' if that's relevant.

I don't think it's a security issue because I can't even get to the point where I can type the code in. Any help!?!

Got off work at 11:30. Went to bed at 12:30. Got up at 7:20. Have to go back to work at 7pm and get off at 3:30. No idea why I agreed to this.

A Smiths song, a Morrissey song and Holy Diver next week? Wow.

Why didn't they do First of the Gang to Die if they had to pick a single off that album, though? Does it have a backing keyboard track?
I'm in Paris and tired as all hell.
Paris, TX or Paris, France?
Linda Carter was gross.

Gwen is infinitely better looking .
YOU. Need. Glasses.

But thank you.

Chika and I just played through LEGO:HP and she liked it... she enjoyed the loot/collecting/puzzle solving in coop, but was happy there wasn't a lot of 3D platforming or combat (she doesn't like that there's a lot more combat in LEGO:SW than there was in LEGO:HP). Are LEGO:INDY or LEGO:Batman laid back on the combat? I'd think Batman not so much -- not sure about Indy... Are there any other games you guys can think of along those lines (coop with collectables/puzzles/exploration/loot but relaxed on the combat/platforming)?
Hi Chika!

Um... I'm actually curious about the opposite. I tried one of the earlier Lego SW games, and gad it was stupid dull! Are the more recent ones any better? I love coop and combat. But whichever Lego Star Wars I played (started in the cantina) was just... snore.
They've had a costco "gift membership" that you could get the past two years around Christmas that included a $25 GC, and I am hoping they do it again this year.
Oh, that sounds like a reasonable use of points. Part of me was thinking of spending some points on a ticket to Universal Studios, but then I realized I have about a zero chance that I'll actually drive down there for just a day. And hotels, meals and extra days is more than I want to spend at the moment.
Turns out, I'm not #1 either...in fact, I'm not top 10. Who'd have thought?
That's all kinds of wrong!

It's at the apartment of the people I am staying with in France. It's their setup. I logged into their router. Everything looks ok on it. I can connect with my macbook. Just not with my wife's dell laptop.

This was one of the saddest articles I have read in awhile. After reading it I will never look at Pete Rose's 4192 the same way ever again.

~~~
Today marks 3 weeks since my phone interview with L3 and I still haven't heard a word from them.
I should have known better than to get my hopes up so high.
I fixed it. I went in and added my wife's mac address from her computer :cool:
I picked up some Virgil's vanilla diet cream at CPWM and that is the worst thing I have ever tried to drink. It tasted like pure stevia extract and had a metallic after taste- as if I had put a dozen saccharine frosted 9v batteries on my tongue.
It smelled good when I opened the bottle though.
Hm.
After going to a Sprint store and playing with both the Epic and the EVO, I'm having a tough time deciding which one to get. I was initially leaning towards the EVO, but I really liked the Epic.
I guess I have ~20 days to decide.
Hey if anyone sees a deal on live, would they mind posting it in the OTT? My shit expires in like 2 weeks and I missed out on the Dell deal.
You missed out on that Netflix pillage, Castle Rybread?
Happy Birthday, Michael.
Why you throwing me into this?
Sorry I didn't realize it was your birthday. I barely remember my family members birthdays.
