New Vegas is a broken piece of garbage right now. I'm super fucking disappointed with Obsidian/Bethesda, and there's no way they tested for more than a week at most. Definitely a "patch it later" case, but the fucks didn't even have the decency to do a fucking day 1 patch.

Yeah its inside the box, open it up and you'll see a slip of paper with the code on it. There is absolutely no indication on the outer packaging that tells you its got the code, but they're there.

I really wish the CE came with some DLC too. I want some special DLC, but am not about to pay Ebay prices for them.

That glitch would've been awesome to witness first hand. I would've probably woke my son up if it happened for me. No Fallout for me until Saturday, the misses doesn't take too kindly to my gaming and I have 2 midterms tomorrow. School is slightly > than games, only slighter due to job end of the spectrum.

This is a really bad trend with Obsidian...They have been doing this with every release since KotOR 2 (which was understandable, due to Lucasarts time mandate to get it done NOW). I wouldn't be surprised to see them shutter in 2-3 years. Not even sure if they have anything in the pipeline now.

I hope they don't close as the games themselves are fantastic, just buggy as hell. Neverwinter Nights 2 was broken on release, but now it's among my favorite RPGs. KOTOR2 was finally completed on the PC a year or so ago and I have high hopes for Alpha Protocol and New Vegas being similarly fixed. As for new games, they're working on Dungeon Siege 3, so they still get the big IP.
 
Sneaky, will you be able to talk about all the shittiness re: $$$le3 once it's released?

Or does the NDA not allow you to ever talk about your experience?

Man I really want to build a new desktop to replace my broken piece of shit one, but with black friday so close I know I better wait. Deals on PSUs, memory, and motherboards have got me jacked up to get working on my new build. I really hope the new Radeon cards are out soon and BF actually ends up being good this year.

I just grilled a 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak and could only finished 1 1/4 pounds worth. The leftover will make some good steak and eggs in the morning.

Time now to start drinking by myself again.

Nice, the grocery store here does these 25 oz Porterhouses that are about an inch ad half thick, get a good 2-3 meals out of one.

I won't be back for a while, but long story short: back in the US and I won't be online gaming for a while....or playing anything.
The new games are just teasing me. At least there'll be a huge backlog of games to play in the next few months.
