Yes the request period is over, that is usually done a month or so prior to release, stock boy often posts here when a person can request a copy be sent to their store and when that window closes. You can also shoot him an email to see if a copy is going to be sent to your store or not. As for your last question, Im sure Josh can answer, I am unsure if the $20 coupon offer is online as well.
 
Ok thanks. I shot Stock Boy an e-mail,and hoepfully Josh will come along and answer the online question. I'm annoyed with Amazon and would prefer to go through K-Mart for this and Madden at this point.

That's the plan! Multi channel coupons is where I've requested to update the system to. We either get it and we continue to suck online or we do get it and the entire ball game changes for me and the industry (I would go nuts with it :) )

Have I mentioned lately how much I hate the postal service? Still no sign of the gc ya sent me, Josh.:bomb: Hopefully it didn't get delivered by our usually inept mailman cuz if that happened then it probably got delivered to either one of my neighbors or an address a full neighborhood away, as we've received their mail before as well.:roll:

Message sent. Also, what's with all of the 'thanks for your purchase' emails being sent by Sears? I haven't made a purchase there in about a week or two. I guess it's just some automated thing?

EDIT: Nevermind. I guess it's like those 'suggestion' things that other sites send you after you make a purchase, offering up items they feel may be of interest to you.

Not sure if this has been clarified but do you get a free copy of Resistance 2 with any PS3 purchase or does it have to be with the PS3 Infamous 2 bundle? I ask because on gamer.kmart it states

Receive Resistance 2 Free (Reg. $29.99) with purchase of any PS3 system.

Anyone know if Kmart will be carrying The Augmented Edition for DE? If not I'll save my money for Disgaea 4. I'm hoping the deal for it includes Catherine for super-cheap.

Kmart should buy up some european copies of xenoblade - price them at $70 and include a free one page xeroxed instructions on how to play it on a us Wii in 10 minutes. lol
 
Frustrating that right now the only retailer (Kmart) that is offering a legit deal on Deus Ex: Augmented edition is only getting 600 copies between both consoles company wide.

I'm sure this is entirely wishful thinking on my part, but is there any chance at all that Kmart might pick up a few copies of Persona 2 for the PSP for in select stores? I realize it's dumb to ask about PSP games when my own Kmart has about 3 PSP games total, but I can dream, right?

Either way, I've decided I'm gonna drop my Deus Ex preorder at GameStop, move it to something else, and just get the game at Kmart. I can't pass up the game with money off (thanks copuons!) and a free print (hope my store "gets" them) and a new coupon to go with it. Sure beats some crappy DLC wepaon pack.


Also, question for you Josh. I got an email yesterday with a coupon to print out for $5 off any purchase of $50 or more. Any idea if I can use both that coupon and my $15 gaming coupon together?

It will only be in select stores s a launch deal is not likely however post launch deals on it are.

I received the same coupon. The terms state: "Offer valid for
$5 off regular, sale and/ or clearance priced single‐transaction
merchandise purchase in‐store of $50 or more (purchase
requirement calculated before taxes and after other discounts have
been applied). Cannot combine with any other coupon for the same
item(s) and cannot double."

This leads me to think that you can't use it in a transaction with ANY coupon, KMart or manufacturer's. You could try to slip it by them anyway, but if using a gaming coupon puts the pretax total below $50, that might invalidate the 5 off 50 one.

The nice thing about this one compared to what we're used to is that a stick of gum actually would help to put you over the threshold.
 
So...Kmart gonna be dropping the Touchpad price? Or following Best Buy's lead and sending everything back? I have $50 in gift cards I wouldn't mind using.

I think a fun idea for a contest would be some kind of sweepstakes or contest where the winner gets a copy of every game that kmart has a coupon on from now until the end of the year.

As a way to promote the kmartgamer coupon promos.
 
I don't know if this has been asked already or not, but seeing as other retailers have marked down the HP Touchpads to 'fire sale' prices($99 for 16gb, $149 for 32gb), is there any chance that Kmart.com will follow suit?
