Yeah that actually have a limited/special edition available but it might just be at Gamestop. Not sure if it will be available at Kmart on Tuesday.

yea, yakuza 3 came free. infamous came 1/2 but became... a bad deal when it was offered free in the welcome back package as someone stated
also yea. dead island, i believe, has a limited edition where the artwork is the one of the person hanging by a tree (changed because it was seen as too gruesome i guess?) and i guess the limited edition of GoW3 is the 80 dollar one? or maybe the epic edition? the 80 one stockboy said was very limited, around 1 in 3 stores will get it. the epic edition... idk

yea. usually 6 weeks startin the sunday after u get on the deal. sometimes diff coupons have different dates.

Thank you for the information. Yes, the Dead Island special edition artwork has a tree in the middle of the cover with a person standing next to it. Regarding Gears, I think the epic edition is $149.99 and limited $80. Again thanks! Keeping my fingers crossed for both limited editions in my area.
 
Josh, do you know yet if Activision is limiting the hardened edition of mw3 severely? If I remember correctly you said you would have bought more of the black ops edition but they weren't available. So far I only see them available for gamestop and amazon, so will they be available here at all? I really hope so because I know quite a few people already that are going with this version, including myself, but am a little worried since we didn't get any last year... Any input? Thanks in advance!
 
I was in Big K today I and I saw alot of PSP games for 9.99. One of the highlights included The 3rd Birthday (Most recent parasite eve game). They also had Medal of Honor: Limited Edition(PS3) for 19.99

As long as they are different offers you can do multiple offers in the same transaction, but many do separate anyway to feel on the safe side.

Was it just a download coupon? If not,it still would have been a good deal for those that would like a physical copy instead of just a download.

u can always email stockboy (email's in the first few posts) and see if any are coming to (and if so, which ones specifically and how many) stores nearby.

question about battlefield 3. is it going to come wit the back to karkand stuff or no?

you meant infamous? yea it was just download only, but ur right, for example. me :p lookin for a non gh version of LBP so i can have the disc itself :D
 
I saw the Uncharted 1/2 Dual Pack already in the case at Kmart tonight even though it is supposed to be released on 9/6. Probably couldn't have actually bought it but it was interesting to see especially since most of them have trouble putting out new releases.

Probably recent? My K-Mart had like 5 of them. Some were marked $29.99, others $9.99.

Well normally stuff like this showed up on the blog or on this thread. While I haven't been keeping the greatest watch on it I pop my head in every now and then. Enough I would say that I should have noticed if this got put up. I will have to check out the local store and look for it.

I was happy to find out two k-marts by me are getting the LE. One is only getting one copy, while the other is getting three.

Dead Island Limited Edition is Gamestop Exclusive. Kmart will only have the standard version. LE version comes with something called Bloodbath Arena (challenge maps) and an extra DLC weapon called the Ripper along with exclusive cover art. It's maybe a $13 dollar value but Kmart is giving away a $20 coupon, so unless you really need that cover art, I'd say so with the $20 coupon.
 
so RAGE anarchy edition is a pre-order only thing too, huh?

Kmart needs to get on those pre-orders!

I have a couple of questions about the $20 gaming coupons.....Are ALL K-marts doing this? And say i bought Dead island and obtained $20 coupon but then used that coupon on WarHammer which would make the price 39.99

Not only preorders but get the website up too. I want to shop at k-mart but because k-mart doesn't have a huge selection of PC games and no deals on PC games, I have to shop elsewhere for my recently built gaming PC.

Just picked up Deus Ex, and they even gave me the 8x10 promo photo. Glad I stopped by today instead of waiting till Tues (when I'll go back to pick up Dead Island) as they only had 2 copies left for 360. Definitely wasn't expecting that much of a discount already so it was a nice surprise. Now to see if this game lives up to all the GOTY hype I've been hearing over the last few weeks...

Went yesterday looking for Move games cheap couldn't find anything but Move Heroes. What made it worse is I to waste more time looking since Lombard, Ill stores game section looked like a five year old had been playing around and moving everything out of place.

After all the research who will have the best deals for all these new releases i think ill go with kmart on Dead Island...the 20 gc makes it nice and i havent rode the coupon train in awhile( since SOTD). I have most of my preorders at BB but if Josh keeps making it happen like he has then im definitely cancelling. Im waiting to see what happens with Batman,Assassins,Uncharted,Rage, and Skyrim...Josh keep up the good work..we all appreciate it!

Yes, you would get two coupons if you ring them out separately, no, two coupons from the same promo, will not stack.
 
Well with Amazon now being stingy with game credit and Kmart doing an awesome job picking up their slack they will be getting my business for R3 on Tuesday and then once again for Fifa.

Man. If Resistance 3 wasn't being released on the same day, picking up Dead Island would have been an absolute no-brainer (pun not intended). Alas, with the crazy lineup coming this holiday season, I'm going to need to be a little more choosy on the games I'm going to buy. On Tuesday, it's going to be like, aliens or zombies? (waves hands in the air while running around in a circle)

Justin didn't like Dead Rising either and I loved that game though. Sounds like I'll keep an eye out for it to hit $20.
