Huge fan of L4D1/2 and down to play either. I'm not a pro, but I'm also not an amateur. I'll gladly heal someone when they're running low and give up pain pills. I think the worst I've called anyone is a bastard and it wasn't another player. I mean it's a game.

You can usually tell whose shooting on purpose of they don't stop.
I'll play sometime with ya tenma, but I won't date ya. lol

Haha, yeah I've used worse profanity than that. I'm fine with people calling members of the other team bad words because it's not like they hear it anyway. It's just when disparaging comments are thrown towards your own teammates because they aren't as amazing as you expect them to be that I have a problem with.

Heh , I was just wondering not long ago how the CAG community for this game was. I haven't really played the game online at all but I have beaten all the campaigns (on normal) and have played a bunch of co-op games with my brothers.

Looking to play matches with other interested CAGs , whether it be Campaign , VS , Scavenge or Survival. Just send a friend request , or we could always arrange a game night.

Arranging a game night has been discussed before and it never materialized. Draven and I were really behind it there when this game first came out. I don't know about him, but I still play this at least a few times a week, although my connection isn't the greatest, so I lag a bit. However, I'm always up for anything, so send me a FR and just let me know when you'd want to play. I have all but 3 achievements, and I'm willing to help boost if you want.
 
I have most of the solo achievements for this game, but I need all of the team ones basically. After I finish up my ME2 game, I'll probably be playing again. Always wearing my headset, so I can hear you, but I may not be able to talk (wife sleeping). If a bunch of people add me, that will give me incentive to play this weekend :D

Those achievements your missing wouldn't happen to include the two beat the game on expert ones would they? (I already know , I checked ;))

I'm not really that concerned about the random achievements since most of them seem like the stuff that you'll get if you just play the game. I'd just like to find a group to play with so I don't have to worry about getting teamed up with randoms that will kick me for whatever reason they feel like.
 
Add me to the list of those looking to get a game together. I never got to play this much because of Borderlands and MW2. L4D 1 was my favorite game of 2008, and I ended up with all 1000 achievement points before the new DLC.

I like a fun group, but a fun group that knows WTF they're doing otherwise I get angry, and you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.

Anyways, add me and I'd be down to play tonight.

Wonderful input. Any games you love that I can unnecessarily go onto the thread for and say I hate because it seems like a fun thing to do? You probably get one more of those pointless inputs before the mods decide you aren't necessary on CAG.

Anyone want to do some of the MP cheevos? I need strength by numbers and all the expert campaigns as well as various other MP cheevs.

this game doesn't seem to be too popular on cag. A game night would be good. I hate playing with random people who run around the place or ditch the group

Just tossing out a random day...

It's not popular anymore but mainly because it seems the bulk of people move onto other games as they get released (MW2, Bad Company or Battlefield) I take my time w/ games... I'm too damn slow for my own good it seems. lol
I still have a LOT of the ODST Vidmaster achievements to go through!

Mine is hit and miss, more miss, so don't worry...
I mean you can usually tell when someone is close to death so give them the meds and so forth.

I sent anteis24 a PM to see if he'll (she'll on the off chance he is actually a she) play on Friday. We tried to hold off the horde and held out for a bit, but it sucks when you both reload at the same time.

Yeah we were stuck at stage 3 of dark carnival for a while. That damn hoard at the end lol. Anteis and I didn't finish the finale because I had to leave, but it was fun.

You guys interested in playing vs, scavenge or even survival sometime?

Isn't survival hold out as long as possible pretty much?
 
Sure, I'd be up for the other modes, though I've only tried them either once or never. One thing I haven't done (or even attempted more than once) is beating the levels on Expert, would like to do that too. Let's get those headsets working!
 
I'm willing to join you guys. I played LFD1 just one time with my wife who gave up in frustration. I've had LFD2 sitting there in its shrink wrap looking sad and unloved for a month or so.

I can't say I'm all that great, but I play for fun, not for seriousness. So I won't be yelling at you if you don't pick me up if I'm surrounded by zombies, I won't be an ass and take all the health packs for myself, and I will try REALLY REALLY hard to help save you even if that means I may die in the process (unless you tell me otherwise).

and i do have a mic, but it tends to suck.
 
Well nice to see people coming out of the woodwork for this game.

ArmyofFun: you got your wife to try it out? That's cool. I've only ever seen a girl on LF4D2 once and some kid was making fun of her. She was actually pretty good though.

Anyways, hate playing with messed up kids...

Now if only ODST would have people coming out of the woodwork...
