League of Legends anyone?

I cant count how many times my friends and I have run a full "support" team and just dominated. Usually go Soraka, Kayle, Sona, Taric, and Janna. Soraka and Kayle can easily carry, and the CC from Janna, Taric, and Sona makes for easy kills. It's pretty dumb that a team like that can actually work.
Well, trolls and BS teams have officially put my win/lose ratio at 1:1. Great. I was +17 at one time too.

We had one team last night that went Nid, Sona, Soraka, Taric, and Karma. They all took flash and heal. You couldn't f***ing kill any of them! They would get down to no health, and pop a heal. Then you'd do it again, they'd pop a heal. It was crazy! Oh look, Soraka has like

Wow this is getting annoying... 2 stealths on the other team, so lets all run off by ourselves and kill chase. Or how about our pantheon who NEEDS to run in 1v5? Or this Ez I had in my lane who thinks he's a tank and jumps in between Wu and Victor and dies.... 7 times in a row.

I love people in this game. So I was Teemo, and the team was Lux, Teemo, Malphite, Olaf and Alistar who was jungling.

Lux goes Mid, Alistar Jungles, and Olaf goes top. Malph is afk for like 20 seconds, and then he goes top, leaving me to solo bottom against a Shyvana and a Lee Sin as Teemo at the beginning of the game. :wall:

We won, but only after the Lee Sin Disconnected halfway through the game for good.

Also voted for #13.

Alright, so Duskwraith, CK, and me just played a couple games. One game we get an Eve who seriously did nothing. She'd get right on top of an enemy and make you think she was gonna help, but wouldnt. After we lost, we told the other team about it in chat and of course they give us the "Oh you'd have lost with her anyhow, she was better than you" bullshit. Obviously we just suck and it had nothing to do with the fact it was 4v5.

Next game its the SAME TEAM that just trash talked us. We rolled them so hard. Me and our Kat didnt die. Also they had one DC towards the end, so now THEY are in a 4v5. I think they only took like 2 towers. At chat afterwards, they suddenly had nothing to say :)

So every lane (except me as Jungle Taric) was getting their ass kicked by enemy Pantheon. He was the only one getting kills.

We couldnt focus him for some reason, so i wanted to surrender, got a few no's.

No biggie, i dont give up playing.

We finally focus him 2 team fights in a row and kill all of them every time

Then they surrender!

Jungle Taric is fun and i have no idea what i build, but it is still fun as long as i can get blue.

This game i went armor + 5 hp (i think i can get doran shield instead), doran blade, merc treads, frozen mallet, and a chain vest

Seems to work ok!

Too bad Pantheon cant carry games

I also enjoy going full AP Taric for the burst and heals, both work

So, played with some guy who was streaming this morning. I decided to listen to his stream as we played. He went Cass mid. Within the first 5 minutes of the game he fed Ryze two kills. Ryze then leaves and comes and ganks me (Cait) and Taric bot. I typed "Nice MIA" to which he responds "it's not my job to call MIA, this isn't ranked". He also said he was reporting me for being sarcastic or some bullshit. I actually got a screengrab of the report (note: I wasnt AFK at the end, I got up for two seconds to get some clothes ready for a shower while I was dead and apparently was in the base for all of 10 seconds not moving; he was raging about this in the chat).

339ruc5.jpg

Made me laugh so hard. One of my friends watched the stream for shits and giggles while I went to run some errands and I guess they continued talking/raging about me for their entire next game. These dumb kids that play this game IMMEDIATELY resort to reporting someone for absolutely nothing at all.

I forgot about the Irelia in the game with the Eve. I laned with her against a Fizz and a Taric. Taric stayed behind minions the whole time, so he's not gonna get hit. Fizz will just jump over any of Lux's attacks, so I cant hit him either. So I do the best that I can, I throw my E behind the minions. Now they can either A) try to farm but get hit, or B) go without farming. I did a good job of this, because Irelia and I had double their CS for the first like 10 min. But of course, thats not good enough. I get raged at for not hitting them. Then Irelia does something stupid, I try and hit the enemies with snare, but Fizz just hops over it of course. But thats MY fault he can dodge anything. Irelia rages at me, but not the Eve who then comes to the lane, stands on top of the half health enemy killing our tower, then does nothing. I hate people.

Just now, enemy team bitching that their Soraka didnt ward. Sorakas excuse..."I got zoned out of river". Damn near spit out my soda.

I would be interested in playing some games with other CAGs. I'm so sick of solo queue.... I feel playing with a closer network of friends is the only way to find redemption in this game anymore..

My summoner name is frankied14. Favorite roles to play are solo top, junglers, or ap carries. Is this group fairly active with playing games? I usually play 1-2 games a day.

I have a new one. I was playing league with a guy on my team who had no type of mouse whatsoever.

Needless to say that guy fed the whole game and we lost .

Just had a Cait start out 0-5 within the first four minutes of the game. "We all have bad games" was her excuse. Not sure how that accounts for her just face-checking bushes over and over and over.

Also had a jungle Lee Sin with zero map awareness. I was stuck as Karthus between our two middle towers while three people tried to gank me. All the while Lee is sitting at Wraiths taking ages to kill them. When I pinged 90 times then asked if he could please pay attention to the map he immediately went into deflect mode, raging that I didn't have boots as my first item.

I started a smurf account last night so I could help my friend level his account without putting him up against lvl 30s. Ahhh how I missed being able to just rape as Kat every game.

Last night apparently every Lee Sin player sucked. I played two games with a Lee Sin. Both games our Lee Sin on our team would solo a lane with 4-5 of the enemy team MIA, and since we were losing both games badly, the rest of the team was back at base trying to defend and get kills so we can push.

With that sad I had a crazy ass game. About 20 minutes in the enemy team had twice as many kills as us. 27 minutes in we lost 2 inhibitors and still we could not pass a surrender vote. We came back to win that 4v5 because our Vayne left in the last 5 minutes of the match.

Been playing a lot more Dominion lately. I still like the regular SR better, but the quality of player in Dominion, both in terms of skill and manner makes it much more enjoyable. It's nice to be able to play a game without some 10 year old trolling the entire time.

I hate this game.

Played with Waughoo and his friend. I was Morde since we needed AP and was laning with Trynd. He goes AFK and stands in the middle of the lane, so their Morde easily kills him. Then he says his commander had to talk to him. So the entire early game, him and MF are talking in chat about military stuff since they're both in it. They're not paying attention to the game at all. We end up losing.

Next game we have a good comp, I'm Taric and bot with Sivir. We do well but our Cass is a flipping retard. She kept dying, doesn't call mias, then builds a Spirit Visage instead of Rylai's or RoA for survivability, you know, the logical choice for when you're doing poor early. Our GP ganks bot, then we try to get Dragon. I'm keeping their GP from us while him and Sivir try to get it. Then Ahri and Janna come and fight. Our Cass starts to come, then runs away and I die. Several times during the game she stays to fight 1v5 and dies. She says "Sorry guys, I'm having an off-day." Yeah, keep it up by doing stupid shit. When I'm sucking at LoL, I play a support. Some people rather play an AP mid and build terrible items. Then 4 of them come bot, kill me and Sivir, we lose tower. What was our team doing? Morde was getting wolves while GP and Cass were farming mid.

While I don't know much about Xerath but I just seen a Xerath go 24/6/31 with a build I can't understand why he would even do it. His build was boots and 5 yes 5 Rabadon's Deathcap. I mean I know Rabadon's is a good item, but why 5 of them over items like Will Of The Ancients, Rylai's, etc.

He was also top player of the game.

Well then Xerath had like 910 AP without accounting for any runes he might have had. In that case his ULT did like 820ish per hit, and can hit 3 times, if he used Locus of Power to use his ult then he had 30% magic resist. So basically he got fed to the point that your team would need a ton of MR to be effective against him. He was still really squishy, so if you could get to him he'd die easy. But he probably did like he was supposed to and stayed behind his team and sniped you during all team fights.

You gotta get in his face to kill him, cause he out ranges everyone except maybe Kog's ult. His mage chains are a big problem, but remember he has to hit you with them and then follow it with another attack to actually get his stun off.

I played a game with four of my friends, the last guy was some random jungle Nocturne. So I was having a bad game, and the Nocturne literally spent 60 out of 65 minutes of the game complaining about everything I did, everything I bought, and apparently I was intentionally feeding. I am pretty sure he reported me . I must of got called a noob like 20-30 times, and everything I did was wrong .

It was actually pretty hilarious because I didn't give a shit so I just sat there and didn't even speak and promptly reported him for verbal abuse when the match ended.

Flip and I had a good one with him as Cait and me as Lux. The other team had a terrible Ez that Flip would target with his ult, so I'd target him with mine too. He'd just like instantly die every time :)

I'm getting tired of Junglers who dont gank when you let the other team push to your tower specifically so they can be ganked. I'm not talking about expecting an instant gank, I mean when it's pushed to your tower for like 5 minutes and they never come. Or if they do they just rush in instead of waiting for a good opportunity.

i should put that clip on youtube, it was funny and unexpected

i had a fun game. I was Taric and started off trying to gank mid (we got her to 1/4 hp), then our MF bottom died and complained and yelled at me.

So i said ok, good luck bottom and left her to roam and harass top.

We ended up winning :)

And I just had a fun Orianna game, i forgotten about her. Towards end of the game, i was hiding, and i saw the enemies about to attack us, i toss my ball through the wall and ult almost all of them and their hp just drops to 1/4 and easy clean-up. I went like 5-0-22 :D The enemies were bad though and went all AP people

How is Orianna? I was asking some friends about her since I only like playing AP characters and they said she got nerfed and just isn't good anymore. x.x

Orianna is in a great place right now. She doesn't have any lag between casting and movement, so while fleeing/chasing/positioning you can use skills without hindering your MSPD.

Wonderful zoning too, but she tends to have some minor early game mana issues. If you haven't played her yet, wait for a freeweek. Even if you like casters, she may not be your style.

Alright, def will check her out then. She's on sale this week which is one reason I was asking.

Also, anyone here buy any of the character bundles? Which would you guys say is the best one? I was thinking of the Champions one.

I purchased the "Digital Collectors Pack" when I first started playing. You get some really solid champs in Rammus, Annie, Trynd, Morgana, Nasus, etc... along with 1380RP to spend on skins or other champs if you choose.
playing Tyrn now, funny how people think he's "fine"

Seems like easy mode to me
He's definitely broken. The nerf to his Q didn't matter because good Trynds dont use his heal often. You just run around auto attacking things to fill it, then just rape everyone with crits. He's most definitely "easy mode".

Aw come'on guys! Havent you noticed how all the Tryn players are better than everyone else? They sure love to tell you how much you suck.

I had one on the other team a couple days ago. He'd get low, ult, then run. I'd fire a lasor off where he ran, and get a free kill. He informed me how it was all luck.

Trynadmeres really do like to shit talk. We played against one the other day that started off 0-3, to which he responded "just wait". Four deaths later and my friends started mocking him with the "just wait" remarks, to which he responded by rage quitting.

I was just solo top Galio (we had a jungle Kat). Our Malz complained that their Nid (solo top) would often go mid while I didn't. Because we all know Galio is an awesome ganker.

Jungle Kat... I've seen it in vids and it works on the level of "Ok, she can kill things in the jungle eventually", but theres no reason to play her jungle. Ever.

I can see where people might think she's a good ganker, but she's got no CC. All you can do is hope the laners can land a stun or something and you ult them.

Just did a ranked where our 4th pick said 'I need rammus' then after he's banned ends up with Amumu when we say we need a tank. Him and Xerath end up not connecting until a couple minutes in, so Xerath comes bot with me (Sona) and keeps running in on Soraka and Morde instead of using his range and gives up first blood.

Amumu keeps taking blue and red buffs from our Xerath and MF respectively and asks 'ap?' we tell him no, we need a tank and I think that's the end of it. 40 minutes in I check his items and he's got Doran's Shield, Boots 3, Banshee's, Vest, Rylai's and a Rod. I call him out on it and he says "i need 1 hat, then sunfire and guardian". At end of game when I mention our tank isn't tanking and our ap carry is initiating, Amumu starts calling Garen a noob for not tanking.

This is why I still haven't gotten through my 10 ranked matches to get a non-provisional rating.

So, as I mentioned previously in the thread, I've been playing a lot of Dominion lately. The quality of player is better, but there is still one constant, the worst person on the team bitches EVERY time, without fail.

Just played a game where we were easily winning (we were up by like 200 points). One person dies and Morgana immediately starts bitching, despite us still raping the enemy team. She continues to complain the rest of the game over completely dumb/meaningless shit.

What was her score you ask? Well, I was in fourth place with 1305, she was in last place with a score of...542! Worst person in the entire game, not just on our team. So, she obviously had to be the most vocal at end game chat too. She couldn't just say "GG", she had to be all "we fucking raped you shitties" despite her doing nothing at all and be totally carried.

Yeah, it seems a lot more people bitch in Dominion than regular games. I did a match once where this one guy (He was playing Amumu) starting talking crap in chat with caps lock on. Basically, he was calling everyone stupid for EVERYTHING. I've had other experiences where people bitch for no reason and are doing the worst overall. I really don't understand some of the players sometimes.

Oh, and the best part! Whenever I play Sona, I'm usually topping the guy I'm laning with off with heals. Almost every single time they initiate a fight for no reason they think it's awesome to bitch at me for having my heal on CD and dying because of it. Mind you, I watch my mana very well and always mention if I'm low, or if my heal is on CD. >_>
Yeah, it seems a lot more people bitch in Dominion than regular games.
TBH I feel like people bitch less, maybe because you only see them for less than 20 minutes.

And yeah, I think it's funny that the most vocal always suck the most.

Last night had a Teemo that I took in a straight 1v1, 5 seconds later he said "u r noob u can't 1v1 me". It's like, uhh, "I just did." lol good stuff

There's also those guys who are ranked last out of everyone, but they are the best in the game. It'll be every excuse in the book, kills don't matter, score doesn't matter, tower caps doesn't matter, my team sucks (yet I'm last), the world is holding me down. Must be a hard life, to be so good and suck so bad.

I was laning against a Wukong this morning who was talking shit before the game because he thought his skin was better. He ended up feeding me first blood and going 0/5/1 while I ended that game 6/0/8. He kept reassuring me that it didn't matter that I was having a good game, because his skin was still better.

My favorites are the ones that actually try to friend you after the game because they want to 1v1. Sorry, I don't have time to play your dumb ass in some stupid custom game because you feel you have something to prove. You got beat, move on.

So I witnessed something I can't believe. I was over a friends house, and my one friend was playing League. So at the end of the match and we looked at everyone's builds. There was a Ashe who's build consisted of 6 Boots of Speed and yes she didn't even bother to upgrade them, it was 6 Boots of Speed, nothing else.

I almost died from laughter .

Probably got raged on during the game with someone complaining she didnt move fast enough, so she went troll build.

As I tell people who try to prove their cock size in chat, or the ones who are like 'lol u got owned 1v1' (even when you are support),

It's a team game. I don't need/want to fight you 1v1.

And

No, I'm not good. I don't need to be good, I just need to be better than you.

New items!

http://na.leagueoflegends.com/news/new-items-locket-iron-solari-and-remade-aura-items

Summoners!
In the next patch you’ll be seeing a new aura item making its way into the item shop on the Fields of Justice alongside with a couple of remakes for old classics. In addition to a new spin on Emblem of Valor and Stark’s Fervor, you’ll now have the option to purchase the Locket of the Iron Solari to round out your arsenal. These remade aura items, along with the new one, should bring you more options throughout the early and mid game.
The Item Formerly Known as Stark’s Fervor
The base stats of Stark’s Fervor grant a substantial Attack Speed bonus, a stat that primarily benefits a team’s Attack Damage carry. In addition to its base stats, however, Stark’s Fervor also grants additional Attack Speed and Lifesteal as an aura. And while these stats are shared to the rest of the team, the primary beneficiary is still the Attack Damage carry.
To combat this, we decided to rebuild Stark’s Fervor into an item that would be more beneficial to a champion who would typically purchase an aura item, such as a tank or support. Since these champions usually aren’t the ones you typically see racking up gold, however, an expensive component item like the Recurve Bow needed to be removed from the recipe. Moreover, champions in these roles benefit much more from Cooldown Reduction and durability stats than they do from an aggressive stat like Lifesteal or Attack Speed. In the end, we decided to change the root item to Kindle Gem, letting the aura carry the aggressive bonuses.
zekes.png

 • +250 Health
 • UNIQUE Passive: +15% Cooldown Reduction
 • UNIQUE Aura: Grants nearby allied champions 12% Life Steal and 20% Attack Speed.
These new base stats make Stark’s Fervor a much more viable purchase for any tank or support player looking to give Attack Damage champions a boost while still enhancing their own effectiveness and survivability.
Also, while we were revisiting this item, we wanted to take the opportunity to honor one of the top contributors to our Refer-a-Friend program. So we decided to rename the new Stark’s Fervor to Zeke’s Herald in honor of the efforts of this summoner. Congratulations Zeke, and thank you for introducing more players to League of Legends!
Emblem of Valor Now a More Viable Option
Another item that we wanted to revisit was the Emblem of Valor. In its initial incarnation, this item offered players two disparate methods of restoring health: Health Regen and Lifesteal. While both of these are viable methods of keeping your champion healthy, Lifesteal is most effective on hard-hitting champions like Attack Damage carries, while Health Regen is a more effective choice for a fighter or tank that can absorb a ton of damage on his own.
Rather than splitting the utility between these two demographics, we decided to remake Emblem of Valor as an item with higher utility for players in either a support or tank role. Since these roles tend toward cost-effective durability items early, we changed Emblem of Valor to build from both Cloth Armor and Rejuvenation Bead, providing both Health Regen and Armor as base stats and maintaining its standard Health Regeneration aura. This both re-focused the statistics provided by Emblem of Valor and gave players in the support and tank role an additional upgrade option from the popular Cloth Armor.
emblem_of_valor.png

 • +25 Armor
 • UNIQUE Aura: Nearby allied Champions gain 10 Health Regen per 5 seconds.
Introducing the Locket of the Iron Solari
Naturally, with Stark’s Fervor now building from the Kindle Gem, we wanted to create a new mid game upgrade for the Emblem of Valor. Since we had just remade this item with support and tank champions in mind, we also wanted to make sure this new item was tailored to these roles. Thus, the Locket of the Iron Solari was born.
For the components of this new item we selected the Emblem of Valor along with another durability item popular amongst tank and support champions: the Heart of Gold. Providing additional Health, Armor and Health Regen along with an upgraded Health Regeneration aura, the Locket of the Iron Solari is a cost-effective way to keep your Emblem of Valor viable as the game wears on. And to top it all off, you’ll also be able to activate the item to give your team a brief damage shield nearby allies under attack by area of effect damage!
iron_solari_locket.png

 • +300 Health
 • +35 Armor
 • UNIQUE Aura: Nearby allied Champions gain 15 Health Regen per 5 seconds.
 • UNIQUE Active: Shield yourself and nearby allies for 5 seconds, absorbing up to 50 (+10 per level) damage (60 second cooldown).
The Bottom Line
These new upgrade options for the popular early game items Cloth Armor, Heart of Gold and Kindle Gem should provide those of you in the support or tank roles with more options. With these new aura items, we hope to see players employing even more diverse builds through the early and mid game.
