Found Bullseye at the cards and fire helicopter at checkout area. Wouldn't know to look for those without this thread.
Bullseye is almost comparable to the $5 seasonal turkey (the uncooked one, same height). I'm surprised they are giving these away with gift cards as they probably could have sold these for $2.50-$3 on their own. Actually why does Bullseye get printed bricks and the turkey just gets stickers? The best part is the exclusive Target logo on the 1x1 brick. It makes me want them to make an exclusive Target store set (with parking lot baseplate please; I miss the road baseplates and they never made a parking lot: it would be similar to a pit stop baseplate but deco for car parking).
Didn't find any X-Wings but they might be out tomorrow as it looks like enough Halloween stuff is gone and they should be good for a reset.
They had the X-Wings last xmas, but they were difficult for me to get. I kept checking two Targets every week and didn't find them until about Dec 14th and they were surprisingly on clearance for 2.37 and a few just scattered around (in the same area I was looking all that time). That was strange, but what was sad was that I never ever saw them at the other Target which was very odd as that's the only promo that was out of sync.
(I never saw the (EDIT) Halloween mini power boat world racers. Just the buggy.)

Sign up for the kids club, and you get a 30% off coupon you can use on it, instead of the 15% off.....takes a day though, and sets might be sold out by then.
Gotta love these deals....I can buy them from Paris, and don't have to BEG my family (who's getting irritated with all the lego requests) to go to the store. I'm sad that I'm missing BF from now on....wonder what set TRU will have...any hints prim??

Saw the Target scan on BFads.net the other day. Last year Target had the Castle Troll Warship for $50 and I went to one Target at 6AM that had at least 2 pallets full and then another Target around 10AM that had about 30 left.
I'll at least grab 2 of the Castle sets considering you get a $10 gift card after $100 purchase. Target will also have the map for the doorbusters, which can be found on www.target.com/2daysale. Link is not active yet.

Oh no, I meant the Troll Castle. I bought it at the Lego store early this year when I started seeing it disappear from all the big box stores without a clearance sale. I wanted to round out my Fantasy line collection so I bought that, the drawbridge and the King's Chariot sets.
I'll wait to get the new castle set for $30 like the last one

4 am is perfect for me because I'll be out all night Post-Thanksgiving ... I have to draw up a battle plan and hit all the stores that are giving away decent stuff (like Old Navy's Dance Central for free with $25 purchase @ midnight) ... then I hit TRU which I'm guessing is open at midnight again as well and probably Target by 4 am. Inevitably Jay and I will have to battle over the last Troll Fortress ( jk Jay)

$$$So Prim, is TRU playing hardball this year with their ad .. they had a couple good deals last year but didn't seem to be competing much in the videogame area. I know you probably can't mention specifics yet but is it looking good? Also, what's the hot toy this year, I know last year was ZhuZhu pets with a ticket system ... anything like that this year?
What the hell is the "hot toy" this year? The Zhu Zhu Pets received way to much hype, hell they can't give them away now. Honestly though I bought the big $100 bundle (didn't stand in line or anything just happen to stumble on it) they had last year but they honestly didn't keep up with the whole little play area/track.

All I know is there will be about 150 door busters. They are keeping a pretty tight seal on ad info down to the store level. At my store, we are just speculating based on quantities of certain items coming off our trucks.
For example, we got in about 30 cases of the Lego Star Wars AT Walker this week.
As far as any hot toys, this year seems kinda meh. Nothing really stands out for me as the must have thing. All the customers I encounter are always looking for different things. TRU has been better this year about having quantities of the more popular toys in stock this year. Even the next 4 ads leading up to black friday are kinda lack luster.
All I know is there will be about 150 door busters. They are keeping a pretty tight seal on ad info down to the store level. At my store, we are just speculating based on quantities of certain items coming off our trucks.

Interesting ... I feel like this BF is going to be kind of disappointing, as I keep hearing that retailers are trying to spark pre-Thanksgiving shopping and won't have deals that are as hot for BF. I'm hoping TRU will have a hot deal on one big LEGO set, but I'm thinking the Troll Fortress might be hard to beat, even though that's not really even that great of a price ... who knows, might be a LEGO-free BF this year.

Times very depending on the state. I don't think TRU is allowed to be open at 10pm Thanksgiving in MA, so it will most likely be midnight.
But those sales suck!
I mean really, POP and World Racers don't seem to be selling, so why not have them 50% off? 30% off we can get elsewhere then Hell on Earth on Black Friday.
