I just tested this out and it seems to only be good for new subscribers (or possibly accounts with a lapsed subscription, unknown).

You need to access it from the console. I found it on the dashboard where it had something about Redfall Background.

There is also a Redfall Hat and Shirt. You can get them from the Avatar store on the xbox. Click on your profile, edit avatar and go to the avatar store.

Well yeah thanks for the links, but I already figured out how to get them. I was just breaking that guy’s balls for not simply posting the links and also for his bullshit instructions that don’t work at all. But I’m still glad he’s posting. Welcome to the party, pal.
 
I didn't post the links because that's how I got it. There were others that figured it out from what I posted and yet you didn't post any links once you figured it out yourself.

looks like they have some store problems again - i originally posted the german de-de link because it wasn't online in the us yet, now it's down in germany but online in us and croatia - releasedate is today
