"LIVE Diamond Card" Expires 2008 with a new Annual Fee (credit card required)

I'm gonna use this sumbitch at Papa John's tomorrow... but I'll feel a little weird, with my gamertag on it and all.
 
Got mine today. I think it will just be a keep-sake for me. Not really the coolest thing in the world to give someone a card with my gamertag on it.

Still no sign of mine and I signed up on day 1 :(

But hopefully that's because I'm on the east coast

P.S. I still have no email, yet the site says I'm registered.

So couldn't I just print out a bazillion "rent 1 get 1 free" coupons for Hollywood Video and use it each time I go?

Same here. Signing up early didn't seem to do jack. Rather than a first-in/first-out, they seem to send them out to whomever whenever they f'n feel like it. Part of a reply I got from them a week ago was "Not all early registrants were included in this first series, but Microsoft is continuing to approve registrations, and another series of gamers who meet the requirements should receive a confirmation shortly."
 
Anyone else get a card that doesn't have their name on it?

I got an envelope that says Never4ever, yet the card reads "Jay Mammoth."

WTF?! I have no clue as to how this happened, but eh, not like I care (much).

Tried using it at Papa John's and Quiznos. Couldn't use it at either of them.

What's the point of this card, again?

This is why a lot of people don't have thier cards yet. If you're one who didn't get their card yet, don't be surprised if you get one that, properly, says "THRU" on it. I've read that they recalled a bulk of the cards that hadn't slipped out of the gates.

My friend hasn't got his card, yet; it'll be funny when he does, though. His gamertag is "China1Buffet", which is a restaurant in our town. When he hands the card over, they're going to think it has something to do with that restaurant.

I finally got mine yesterday. Most places will look at you funny when you hand them these cards I imagine..... I noticed some people saying Quiznos wouldn't take the card, did you have the coupon that came with the card and that got denied? I'm planning on eating tomorrow using the card and coupon...... Also the Papa Johns thing says you gotta order online and use promo code "XBOX". LOL this card is gonna be more trouble for them than it's worth.

Edit: found the other thread looks like it's just some individual stores not taking the coupons. I hope mine takes it cause i'm craving those darn subs bad now!
 
Just signed up my email came instantly! Should be here late May early June hopefully right before i head out on vacation. Sweeeet cant wait!

Yep, I got my card already, and I have the coupon for Quiznos so I'll try that this weekend. Other than that deal, I tried Papa John's online with the code XBOX and the store just behind my house won't accept the code XBOX as a deal.

Are there any other deals for this card or is it something to stack up and bring to Vegas and trade away for play money?
 
Anyone use the Dave & Buster's coupon WITHOUT your card? I can access my account online, but I have no card. I have a D&B outing next week for work. So, the $10 free would be nice.

IIRC, theres not even a printable coupon, so I think you would have to have your card. On the other hand, im also skeptical of D&B accepting some random card with the person claiming that they get 10 bucks free with 20 dollars.

got mine today, went out and used it right away at quiznos. two regular subs and a drink for 8$ ftw.

i didn't eat both, don't worry, i brought my dad along.

but the card seems awesome, i hope they add more places... especially food places.


little side note, i just gave the lady the coupon, and she didn't even ask to see the card... i figured she wounldn't since it's that same coupon you'd get emailed to you.
