This means i cheated right? If so, I didnt cheat, and I am going to try to call and get this straightened out... asses. And as a note I still have about 30 some odd points on the account and they didnt get zeroed out, so I am hoping this is just a cookie cutter email.[/QUOTE]
I've received the same email from them and haven't received any more prizes and my prizes go all the way back to October. They didn't zero my account or freeze it either. I've written to both Incentive Logic and Microsoft to no avail. They ignore all my emails and are sticking with their claim that I cheated. I don't know what raises the red flags, but I never cheated. I never used any site to help me, not even anagramsolved. They've stopped sending my husbands prizes too. Turns out, months of playing equaled a big waste of time. I hope you're able to get this resolved. I wasn't.
