Dumb and Dumber

Still hilarious after all these years! Although it's mostly because of the actors, because the script and direction are pretty mediocre, and the rock soundtrack was representative of 1994 and is therefore now not only extremely excessive, but also outdated. But, again, willing to overlook those things cuz it's just damn funny.

March of the Penguins

Damn good little film, with some amazing visuals, and those waddling creatures and their ordeal are quite fascinating.
Diary of a Mad Black Woman - I thought this was a great movie, now I must see the plays.
If you are willing to wait he actually is making all of his stage plays into movies.

Porco Rosso and My Neighbor Totoro

Great movies. Definitely in the upper tier of Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli films. Can't wait for next week, Pom Poko!

Punch-Drunk Love

Strange and wonderful, it's just so quirky and uniquely his that you really can't define it as anything other than a PTA film.
Watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 and Pool Hall Junkies last night, both for the first time. I need to see Vol. 2 ASAP.
Poolhall Junkies is one my new favorite movies.

Spin: Movie about a interracial couple that are teenagers during the 1950s in Arizona. Very nice love story.

Crimes and Misdemeanors

A masterpiece, it easily ranks among Woody's finest films. Deftly blending drama and comedy with abundant philosophy, it ends up being a rich, emotional experience.
Escape from LA

Great fucking movie. Amazing story especially the end. Extremely great buy for 4.88 at Walmart.
Haha, my girlfriend and I watched this last night, this movie is so full of cheese that it makes it great.

Escape from New York is alot better, imo.

Dragon Ball: The Magic Begins - Very bad, but pretty funny in a MST3K way.

Underworld Evolution - Pretty good. I should see the first soon.

The Day After Tomorrow - Very good for a disaster movie.

The New World

Really a great film, I think it just misses being a masterpiece, but I'll have to give it another viewing sometime before giving a final decision on that. It's really a beautiful, artistic slice of cinema.
Four Brothers

Pretty fucking good movie. Whish I would have seen it in theatres.
Should've just quoted me, would've made your quote a lot better

Underworld Evolutions- Ok...nothing special, Honestly I expected more
Pleasantville- Teriffic, a must see really
Gundam Chars Counter Attack- GO WATCH THIS NOW

Lord of War
- So so movie. Had some really good parts. The story wasn't bad but with weak points. Just some scary crazy shit about the world.

The Jacket
- I really don't know what to say. It was fucked up but such an awesome movie. Brody is fucking great.
Should've just quoted me, would've made your quote a lot better
haha yeah I just noticed I can't spell. I under-estimated this movie alot.

Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room
Awesome documentary which details how Enron gradually contorted into the unethical organization which eventually went bankrupted and how everyone went along with it. Highly recommended.

Lord of War - Intersting movie at most, not a date movie, and mostly only something to watch out of the corner of your eye while doing something else.

Serenity with alternative podcast fan commentary, pretty lame, they basically spent 2 hours pointing to things which were different from the television show (score, lighting, etc.) and complaining how inferior it was to the show.

Donnie Darko

Saw it in ToK.. and I remember I saw a thread about it.. (trying to find it now). Trippy ish movie. Damn rabbit shit. Overall I like it.

Going to watch underworld evolution tomorrow night. Hopefully its entertaining. Last movie I saw was Narnia and it was ok, nothing too spectacular compared to LOTR. Latest Harry Potter movie was ok, but skipped out on some important stuff.

DVD- Transporter 2 was half decent, entertaining but not as good as the first. Into the blue was a good movie, but it was missing something i cant place. beautiful diving scenes and jessica alba and that other chick were looking good.

Puddle Cruiser - Made by the same people who created SuperTroopers. I found it kinda good, had some slow times, but it'd be a good date movie.

Undead - I liked it, but then again, I like weird ass zombie flicks like that.

Ong Bak, the Thai Warrior. Great as a mindless action flick, good fighting scenes with skulls cracking every other minute.
