The Chiefs GO FOR IT ON 4 AND 2 AT THE 3 YARD LINE!!!!! AFTER I HAD STOPPED HIM AND THE CLOCK ON 3RD DOWN WITH UNDER 2 TO PLAY.
HE WAS ALREADY UP BY 2 POINTS AND SCORES THE TOUCHDOWN ON 4TH AND 2.
AFTER THE KICKOFF
The Bears complete a 72 yard Hail Mary to Devin Hester to go down 2 yet again. The Bears of course go for the onside kick and by some luck of the madden god recover it. (probably punishment for the chiefs not playing fair or playing by the CAG league rules by going for it on 4th down in the fourth quarter in the redzone). Cutler then finds Hester again on a 67 yard bomb to take the game.
40-35! DA BEARS!
I don't think it's necessarily wrong to go for it on 4th down there...at least it's not a blatant disregard for the league's rules like you're making it out to be. There isn't a rule that says you can't go for it on 4th down in the fourth quarter in the redzone. There aren't really any strict rules instructing on when 4th down attempts are acceptable and not...it's a matter of if it would be realistic to go for it in that situation in the actual NFL. I do agree that in this particular situation with around 40 seconds left in the game, it's kind of an odd decision to risk going for it on 4th down. If the 4th down wasn't converted, then the Bears would be down 2 points and would have around 35 seconds to drive down the field to kick the field goal to win the game. But I don't see anything really wrong with his decision with the game on the line there.
But man...you're making quite the run these past few weeks, beating 3 division leaders back to back to back (Vikings, Panthers, Chiefs).
