49ers 38, Eagles 24
The 49ers scored in two plays on the first drive of the game, taking a quick 7-0 lead with 30 seconds (Frank Gore run and a pass to Vernon Davis).
Thankfully, Michael Vick was undeterred. He went 4-for-4 for 80 yards and touchdown pass to Steve Smith to tie the game 7-7 with 3:27 left in the first quarter.

After a 5-yard run by LeSean McCoy and a deep completion to Steve Smith, McCoy fumbled running to the right on first down giving San Francisco the ball on Philadelphia's 38-yard line. Four plays later, Davis was in the end zone with another touchdown giving the 49ers a 21-7 edge with no time left in the first quarter.
On the first play of the second quarter, McCoy fumbled again but this time it was recovered by an offensive lineman. Another a drive was stalled in San Francisco territory, Alex Henery drilled a 50-yard field goal to make the score 21-10.
The Eagles forced the game's first punt, a three-and-out, on the next possession.
Then, on second down, Vick threw an interception on a play-action play in the direction of Jeremy Maclin. Maclin forced a fumble on the tackle, but he couldn't get up fast enough to claim the football. The 49ers took over with 2:30 left in the first half and on their own 40-yard line.
Jason Babin sacked Colin Kaepernick on first down and Cullen Jenkins added another on second down to make it third-and 27. San Francisco ran a draw play, gaining seven yards back before punting for the second time.
After McCoy ran for a first down, Vick threw his second interception (and second user pick) on a deep attempt to DeSean Jackson. After starting the game 8-for-8, Vick turned very erratic. Time expired in the first half with the score, SF 21, PHI 10.
Vick's third interception came on the first play of the second half when the 49ers jumped a route on the left side to Smith. Yes, it was another user pick. The score became 28-10 in favor of the 49ers.
Philadelphia took two minutes off the clock, but were stopped on third-and-short when a toss to McCoy was snuffed out.
On the next series, the 49ers used a toss play correctly on third-and-short to extend their drive. It eventually led to a 52-yard field goal by David Akers, making the score 31-10 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
After McCoy ripped off a four-yard run, Jackson inexplicably dropped a wide-open bomb down the left hand side. On third down, he couldn't keep his feet in bounds. A punt ensued and Ted Ginn ran all over the field before getting to the Philadelphia 30-yard line.
Two plays later Gore ran in another touchdown and Andy Reid could be seen eyeing Jim Harbaugh on the sidelines.
The Eagles moved down the field through the air and McCoy scored on a 1-yard run to make the score 38-17 with 54 seconds left in regulation.
Philadelphia then converted an onside kick and scored another touchdown two plays later on a long connection to Jackson. Score: 49ers 38, Eagles 24.
The onside kick was unsuccessful this time, ending Philadelphia's unlikely comeback bid.
Kaepernick then kneed down and the Eagles held onto their timeouts with the game out of reach.
