Who knows with that site. Looking at the stats though, you have a weaker schedule and almost lost to a 1-5 team.

Broncos over the Redskins 41-10. A couple early defensive touchdowns put this one away early, as the Broncos opened up a 31-0 lead at the half that was highlighted by lockdown defending. Matt Schaub played the role of game manager, going 6-11 with 124 yards and 1 TD. Knowshon Moreno was the focal point of this one, picking up 168 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries. Aaron Hernandez continues to run rampant on defenses, with 4 receptions for 93 yards. DJ Williams had a pick six and Raymond Gilbert recovered a fumble at the two for a score as well. Washington was held to 123 yards and had three turnovers. Brandon Toscano had 127 yards on 7-18 passing, 1 TD and 2 INTs. Jonathan Stewart was held to 38 yards on 14 carries. Chris Cooley had 3 grabs for 94 yards and a 61 yard score.

Good game, Campbell. One of those games where Madden was against you from the get go.

My defense has been really good the last few weeks. The most points I've allowed against everyone that's not Doom is 21, which is cool. More importantly, I'm 5-0 against not-Doom, but I get Ramesu next week, so I'm looking forward to that challenge.

Most dumbest game ever whole game shot-gun user catch. IF I could actually stop the user catch scramble with tebow for 30 yards. Also it's fourth quater about 2:14 is left 3nd and 14 about your 28 and your up by a touchdown. That's a definit run situation I say.I should or would have forced you to punt and I would of probly won.

It was about 1:58 left forte runs up the middle for 9 for it to get called by for a clip and put me in 2nd and 14 you still had all 3 timeouts and I had faith in tebow to make a play.... know if I ran the ball you do this cheesey thing with your d-line and constantly shifting your d-defense and you were blitizing about 6 players everytime i was in a tight formation so y would I run it I needed a first down to win the game because you still had all 3 TIMEOUTS

btw it was Tebow Time lol

Ya know, this is fucking horseshit. When I was getting my ass handed to me week in and week out in this league back in August, I was told "go practice!", "you just need to work on your game!", blah blah, freaking blah. So, I did. I started a league where people actually give each other advice and help each other improve. Through that, I learned how to run the ball, and how to switch up my defensive playcalling to shut down both the run and the pass. I also started mixing up my playcalling on offense so I wouldn't be so predictable.

As for the issues in the 3rd, if you didn't notice, I took 2-3 sacks, and had to pause the game twice. My controller kept disconnecting (I sent you a message on XBL explaining this, but you had already signed off). I didn't even start looking at the clock until 2:15 left in the 3rd quarter, when I was up 10-0. You got the ball back...and what happened? You went 3 and out. That's not MY fault. The interception you threw in the 2nd quarter in a 0-0 game isn't MY fault. Peter Newcomer was 5-16 with 1 INT. That has NOTHING to do with chewing the clock. Bolton rushed for 59 yards...36 of which came on the first play of the game. I made adjustments, and shut you down. Sorry.

It's ridiculous that I'm having to defend my right to play SMART when I've earned a lead. If you don't like it, don't let yourself get into that situation. The fact that this type of complaining happens on a regular basis in this league is a joke. You guys are supposed to be "the example" remember? I did nothing that gave me an unfair advantage or was unsportsmanlike. I played smart. I'm sick of being chastized for that. If you want to pout and go into a prevent defense with 3:00 left in the 4th quarter, that's on you, man. Personally, I found that to be more disrespectful than anything. Some of you need to get off your high horse. I'm sorry the thought that you might lose to me is so unacceptable that you have to act like that.

I like to think I've gotten to know him pretty well being in the league these last couple years, and I promise you nobody here is less concerned with who he wins or loses to.

Differences of opinion are fine, this thread is certainly fertile ground for those, but please stop claiming you know what is in other people's heads. Tend to your own thoughts rather than trying to tell other people what they're thinking.

Well, what would you call going into a prevent defense with 3:00 left in the 4th quarter, down 10-0? It's pouting. But whatever, I don't care. If you don't like it, just kick my ass. I'm not even that good. It's ridiculous for anyone to get so upset by playing me.

Just a couple of things...

1.I've had 9 Seasons of losing in this league, no more than 7 or 8 wins per season (mostly 3-5 wins). I couldn't care less whether or not you won that game. Cheers for assuming something about me when you don't even know me.

2. I gave my opinion of the game, and you've literally blown your lid getting pissed off at someone for giving their OPINION for the second time in three weeks. That's... interesting. Glad to know those of us up here aren't allowed to have opinions.

3. I did indeed sit my controller down and walk away. I had better things to do. Truth be told. Until the end of the 4th when i came back and called Prevent offense to "signal" that I give. Once again, CHEERS for assuming that i was POUTING. (making ANOTHER assumption about someone, when you know nothing about them)

4. I didn't complain about the way you played, or about how i played, so thanks for attempting to make it sound that way.

I play Madden to have fun. When someone plays the game like a ranked match, the fun factor gets yanked out. I'm not going to argue that you should have handed the ball over to me on first down, but the entire point of this league is for people to have fun and to create comraderie between people who LOVE football. Above ALL ELSE, this is the point of this league.

The Fact that you believe hoarding the ball like the Squirrel in Ice Age is "SMART" football, is a little absurd. You've done this in all 3 games you've played so far in this league. If this is the only way you believe you can win, AND lose, you need to seriously reconsider playing in this league. I find it VERY hard to believe that it's fun for you to watch the clock tick down everytime you march on the field. It's called common courtesy, and we've lectured on it before. No one wants to stare at the screen for an extra 30-45 seconds EVERY PLAY while playing a game they're supposed to be enjoying.

You can counter this post by saying that i don't know how to play football all you want, but i have one of the most potent running offenses in this league, (where i sometimes throw 5 times or less a game) and I can guarantee you I don't let the clock count down to one or two everytime I go to the line. That's no fun for anyone. Including the one doing it.

In regards to your last two posts...

NOTHING in my post(s) infer's that i'm upset(by any inkling) about playing you. Thanks for trying to portray me as upset.

I'm saddened more than anything, if you want to claim anything about my attitude/personality/internet spam, please, just call me "sad".

Enjoy the Cpu in week 10. I will not play you again.

I try never to get insulted by lowball offers in this league, we've got a bunch of brigands in here (and I include myself, lol). I've definitely laughed a few people out of my e-office though. ;)
