Yup. I didn't go for them, my first choice was the Giants (for shame) with the Broncos as my 2nd. I guess people figured there would be a lot of interest in the Pats so they stayed away.

Interestingly, the most popular 1st pick was the Texans. So of course they went to Doom. :roll:

Since it's been so long, I don't mind publishing the selection process if anybody is curious to see it. It was very cool to do it that way, we definitely will be again next season.

bengals win 27-7 thomas howard got his pick6 back. kirkpatrick POG with a pick n a huge FF to get the ball back when he was marching to try n make it a 3 point game. maybe those power rankings will show me some love next week...

Concerning Widdow, he seems to be as committed as ever, I know he was really sick for a week, and got a little irritated when the Jets missed some playing times, But I wouldn't worry about him being absent regularly.

Even though this is a CAG league, which I tell Widdow often, it is always a good option to drop him a line on X-Box.
 
Well in my first game after the Gamble/Stevie Johnson trade, my D gave up 43 yards and had 4 picks, meanwhile Stevie came up with 9 catches for 163 yards and 3 TDs, including an amazing one-handed catch on a pass thrown WAY behind him...on a key 3rd down early in the game too. Some people may be rolling their eyes when they look at his stats considering the final score...but up until the last minute or two of the first half, the game was tied/very close and I don't think I threw it to him even once in the 2nd half lol. So yeah I threw it to him a lot in the first half, but of course I wanted to test out my new toy...so far so good!
 
Lol no he was my #6 CB that game...but that was more because I completely forgot about him. I'll probably play him at #4 or maybe #3, but he's definitely not starting until he gets that press coverage up to something respectable...
 
bears get their first win of the year without jay cutler most of the second half i believe. Sellers (i think he's a made up player) did pretty well. I'm half tempted to sit cutler who I feel, like Forte, never lives up to his overall rating.
 
well MA owens did already have 3 picks before he went the panthers so u might not want to leave him at the number 6 spot ;)

Wait, what? Forte was your leading offensive provider and got 2 touchdowns. But that was a good game... At least I was able to tie it up and send it to OT.

oh ya, not to twist the knife, but before my game against you the only thing forte liked to do is get chased down by defensive ends. I joined a few public leagues and have been playing madden more so i may be running better angles and stuff. i havent looked at his numbers but i cant imagine its anything decent.

I cant call anyone about the internet I use Campus Internet.. and just a question, when I turn my xbox on sometimes it says that some of the online features are unavailable and the dashboard looks like its offline, but my gamertag says im online but I cant use netflix or if I do get to netflix the movies never load up. Does anyone else have this problem?

But I think my xbox is trying to go up. I still have the white box from 07'. I think its just time to purchase a new one in the next month or so.

This is the problem I had last year. My NAT was closed. Cru mentioned calling Campus IT and asking them to open your NAT.
 
Yea you can call IT down there Mog and ask them to open your NAT , it took them like a week when I was down there but they did it and I was good Forreal after that.

The "some features are unavailable" thing is because Microsoft has been having major problems lately. I got a system update a day or two ago which I'm hoping will fix it. But if you check the Xbox support forums, it's littered with posts of people having the same problem. That part of it isn't your connection. The drops though...yeah, you might want to look into.
 
i think my second year CB should be a RB instead his number are way better for that position.
