Check your label, it should say it on there. Look for a date that is at least a year or so from now.

This is the Stuff label. It has 0608 but it also has OCT12. I underlined both is red. My Maxim issue has the same. Which one refers to the end of the sub?

i put "none" or "student" or something along those lines, ya know?

one of my magazines says on the label may 2007 and the other says may 2008. heh heh screwy.

Anyone find a link for Wizard or Play magazine?
 
Hello everyone, I've been checking out all of the sweet forums here for like a month now.. it you guys find some great stuff ! i just wanted to say thanks and also ask 2 questions about FreeBizMag:

1: Can i use the same name and address more than once for those FreeBizmag subs?(Like get alot of different mags under the same info)

2: Should i actually have all my Job information make sense? or just put whatever i can think of?(is someone reviewing my info to see if im lying?)

The only reason i ask is cause i would hate to fill em all out and than wait the 4-6 weeks and get nothing .. that would suck

1. I dont think so. If your address is already on file, so I dont think they'll let you. I know you have to have a different email address, but you can always try it and see.

2. You can, but they do review your info. My b/f has put his jobs as retail and student, and they actually called him to verify which is correct. Its possible they'll call you.

With FreeBizMag, if you keep your addy the same, they'll let you login, and you don't have to enter as much. Just choose which addy to ship to (home or business), and that's it.
 
Does anybody have any links for automotive mags that apply to Canadians? The ones back on page 37 are only for the USA.

Yeah, I haven't had any luck getting a free subscription to OPM. Not sure why that is, but oh well. I just wanted some free demo discs.

Well, it's been a few weeks and I checked the Ziff Davis website for subscriptions to see if I'm even in the system for OPM, no dice.

I put IT this time, through Mercury Magazines, so hopefully it goes through this time.
 
If anyone is reading this post and has a subscription to FHM/Maxim/Stuff/etc. could you check and see if they have an option to switch it over to a digital version, like you can with EGM?

I have been getting EGM since the beginning, but lately they seem SUPER thin. Actually, I have never seen a magazine this thin before. Is it because it's free or are they just getting cheap?

I am talking around 100 pages
 
yeah, I can't stand that either. EGM used to be about 200+ pages. I looked at some ofmy older issues from when I was younger. But i think that's with all magazines now, because I compared some old VIBE magazines and saw the same thing.

It's really sad. I just ripped out every ad in the magazine and it came out to be 60 pages. Glad they are free, because that is not worth 20.00!!!!
 
Perhaps the magazine companies are trying to cut corners, as I imagine that magazines are not nearly as profitable as they used to be. Since you know, we can get the same information faster through the internet.

How do you stack these subscriptions? Wont they just send you multiple copies?

Nope. Just keep subscribing to EGM whenever there is a new link/sign-up. That is all you have to do, it will automatically stack onto your current subscription. I haven't received any doubles yet.
 
Does anyone else have trouble with their ZD subscriptions showing up on the zdmcirc site? I have had free subscriptions to CGW and EGM for awhile now, and I always type in my information and then get an error page saying I have no pending transactions or something of that manner. What gives?
