BB credit has been more valuable than AMZ credit for me for quite a while. BB consistently has better prices, even with tax factored in. Call me when AMZ has Rage for $4.99, FF XIII-2 for $14.99, Arkham City for $9.99, Battlefield 3 for $9.99, etc.

AMZ has been better for niche items that are almost never discounted at B&M's like Zojirushi rice cookers, Toto washlet.
 
I don't know if this has been answered, but is there a way to get 2 copies of AC:R for $9.99 with 1 coupon? In other words, is there an order you have to get the cashier to scan your games, coupon, and RZ card in order for the system to discount both games to $9.99?

You're probably right and I wouldn't argue against your position. What AMZ has that's kept me shopping there are their Warehouse deals. Thats about it.

There isn't any single player dlc besides some of the armor sets I'm missing, so it doesn't really matter to me. If you want all the armor, multiplayer map packs and multiplayer characters this could be an issue for you.

Yeah, not at retail so far but they do release "complete editions" digitally. Also, Ubisoft is actually pretty good about putting their dlc on sale (psn). The asscreed "complete edition" deals on psn are actually really good.

Ubi's released GOTY/Complete editions, but only outside of the U.S. An "Ottoman" Edition of AC:R has already been announced for Europe.

Just a reminder...

I went in the pre-buy a PS3 copy of AC: R. Some of the copies have a copy of the 1st Assassin's Creed on the blu-ray disc. 2 games for half the price of 1.

I hear AC is just an ok game, but you can't really beat free.

This is the dilemma of having 2 systems, should i get AC on PS3 or Xbox? I know it doesn't matter but sometimes it's preferred on a system over the other so i'm just getting some opinions that will push me over to one side.

EDIT: I have AC1 and AC2 on Xbox but decided to get Brotherhood on PS3 so i can play with my nephew but planning to keep AC1, AC2, and AC3 in a group and buying AC3 on xbox.

For me I'm divided. I started ACII on 360, but I prefer PS3 for everything but shooters.

For me it all depends on whether or not I find a launch PS3 copy. If I find a launch PS3 copy I'll buy it for PS3 and then get II&B on PS3, otherwise I'll just keep it on 360 I think
 
Perfect, I just picked up AC 1, 2 and Brotherhood during the Steam sale last weekend. AC 1 was a lot of fun, the hour I've played of 2 was even better and now I can pick this up for $10. $27.50 for all the AC released to date is exactly why I check CAG daily.

this is the only good thing about church on Sunday, I can get there at open before the crowds come out. you basically have 2 hours..I remember the Batman AC was wiped out by the next day easily.

In for the Revelations, but going to force me to get Brotherhood to keep the series complete in the collection :wall:
 
For those looking to complete the series on the ps3 i prey that you find the as creed revelations copy with part 1 on the disk, i wish for no one to spend money on a copy of part 1 seperatly as it isnt worth it
 
My best buy has 1 PS3 copy of ACR and about 100 for xbox. Although that one PS3 copy does have AC1 with it. It looks like by the time I get there on Sunday I'll be settling for a 360 copy.

I've played the first game 3 different times, only to turn it off each time after a couple hours. I really wish I could push myself through the story once. It's still sitting here waiting to be played.

My word i had to force myself to finish part one before part two. Thank god for the good story line otherwise i would have fed my copy of part 1 to my cat

Not b/c of the reps. but b/c it's BB. We're up to 63 kudos so hopefully by end of summer we'll hit 100 & they will make the change go into effect by the Xmas season.

I think there could be a change in the welcome packs too based off the link in the OP. Having the ability to go in-store & pay for a b2g1 coupon at anytime will definitely come in handy for savvy CAG's but I'd like to see BB adopt the idea of joining CAG directly that way special CAG promo can be done monthly. This would weed out the SD crowd & make it easier for us to get the deals even if we're not buying on the 1st day.
