Microsoft store reduced prices again on a lot of games. Although there isn't a restock there are lots to be had like:

I just happened to be awake the moment their BF 2012 sale went live at ~3am so I managed to order plenty from them at the time, it was a great day on CAG, haha

But I now have the Metal Gear Rising and RE: Revelations pages on auto-refresh in the hopes that they come back into stock soon.

So.. does anyone know if this is typical for Microsoft Store orders?

I ordered Lost Planet 3 and Cars 2 the other day. I have a pending transaction for the entire order in "processing" on my checking account. I got notification that Cars 2 shipped yesterday and noticed that I have a pending transaction in "processing" on my checking account from Microsoft Store for the cost of just that game in addition to the previous one. I haven't gotten notification of Lost Planet 3 shipping yet but I can only assume that I will also have a pending transaction for that when it does. Should I be concerned about getting double-dipped? Or will the original pending transaction go away.

 
Wow! One person was able to get a copy of DMC and MGS rising from a billion dollar company's website... great! This sale is beyond dead. Lock this bitch down and move on..

I got both mine shipped this morning and it not dead it been alive for two months and different games been added n removed over the time as well as random restocks just got to watch
 
DMC and MGS shipped for me now too. One day, I'm impressed MS. Groupon is still holding my games hostage. The 24th and still not shipped.

Cause it 12 business days it said right? Business days meaning monday through friday. Usually with groupon they won't ship until two days before the 12th day so if you ordered the 24th last Monday then you are only now on your 5th day the 10th day will be next Tuesday and etc. took me two n half week the last and final time I ordered from groupon to get my item

I was able to get both of those games actually and they shipped today. Just because you weren't able to get those games doesn't allow for you to come on here and bitch about it

 
God I hate BB online pm process, thought I'd try my luck at the prestige copy and 1st got clueless rep who couldn't find it in online store, then over zealous rep who wanted to call the store ??

 
Just got shipping confirmation from my order yesterday of DMC, Hitman, and MGR. I was afraid my credit card or account would be locked for taking advantage of the GTAV thing.
 
Both copies of Dead Island: Riptide was shipped out. Friend of mine and I gonna do some zombie bashing for $5 bucks each on a new copy. Still bashing my own head about delaying to buy the 53.99 headset...

If I were you, I would be more disappointed about not getting the astro a40 w/ mixamp. The warhead, while great and still very, very cheap, was clearanced by BB for $125, by Newegg for $120, and Tritton is not that popular of a brand. They just aren't quite as good as the other options. Regardless $54 is a steal for a 7.1 headset.

Now an A40 with mixamp for $87... is crazy. In completely unrelated news that was not lead up to this at all in a bragging manner... GUESS WHAT I GOT BESTBUY TO PRICEMATCH!

(I got them to pm a WHITE a40 w/ mixamp to the microsoft store XD)

I figured heck, why not give it a shot, (I was picking up a mouse that was sold out online, g500s for $39.99, great deal but not the point) and they actually went for it! I mean... WOW!

Now, I am debating selling it, but at this price I might be able to just keep it, and call it an investment in some good audio. If a butterfly farts across the map in the game, I better hear it...

To be fair, they had a large number of items actually in stock (but at those prices you can be sure they sold out REAL fast, and even then they were in stock for dozens of minutes, for every 1 person that posted in here they got a deal, at least 10 more didn't post. Like the crazy sale just over a year ago after Black Friday when they had many games for just ($10?) crazy low prices. This is how you clearance, they are doing it right XD.

I was able to get Fuse and Metal Gear price matched at BB today.

Just as an FYI take the inventory checker on BB's website with a grain of salt,  I checked the site and it said both of those were out of stock at all the stores in my area and when I went there they had multiple copies of each game.

Got shot down on PMing the a40s at BB but I did get them to PM brand new a50s for the amazon refurbished price $199. Not a bad deal in my book. As these are only my 2nd headset i've owned (1st was the OG pulse) these are fucking amazing!
 
Got another pm for Ghost Hardened last night, it was much harder than the 1st as the primary manager had been laid off the same day and everyone was jumpy.

Had the Tritton in my cart for  like 10 minutes be didn't decide quick enough. Arghh.... had to do a qiuck research about them but wish I just should have went with my instincts. Going be mostly out of town today so if it restocks today than I'd be super pissed.

Unless you were actively going to purchase one, $150 is about what this thing goes for normally. That $ could probably get you a better headset for less or close to the same. Maybe try a pair of DX12 if you would rather have wired? Basically, if you can't get them for the $50 price which is a no brainer, THAT cheap you might as well, but dropping three times as much probably will be a lot less satisfying.
