Modern Warfare 2 CAG Clan - Wednesday/Friday @ 7PST/10EST

I'll be playing for a bit, I'm still sick :( Living off Vitamin C and tylenol sucks. I'm also on call for work so I will prioritize calls to customers over playing the game, even if it means losing or not participating for a few moments.

That C4 kill is complete bullshit. Also, do not even bother watching "Plays of the week". They are just composed of "1337Z012 quickscopers".
 
I'll actually be on in a bit to play but I don't have a mic yet as this is first and only game I've ever played online with my PS3. That link didn't work for the gameshare group either.
 
not with 4 people being able to share now....they cut it down on the last update (if my old memory is correct).

got the capture working on my laptop --> wife is happy --> I can play tonight and capture me suiciding myself.
 
I might to get a share through here. My friend's being stupid, and kicked me out for no apparent reason. If I can't somehow convince him that he's being an idiot and should just let me in tomorrow, then I'll need to get in a group on here.

Also, I think we should have nights where we teach some of the "less experienced" CAGers the maps. Especially in lieu of the new maps coming out, I think a night where we just work on general strategy would be beneficial to everyone. That way there won't be nights like tonight where we're just pwned by everyone -_-
 
Sorry I didn't reply to you, Combat, we were in the middle of a very frustrating match that we should have won a couple of times over. Just an FYI, the below is not directed at Combat in the least.

I also want to say that it doesn't really benefit my or anybody elses view of you if you proceed to kill farm fellow CAGs. I know when I join matches against other CAGs that courtesy is extended to me, I would strongly recommend that courtesy be extended and if you find we're getting kill farmed... don't play the match or I'll start joining your matches and fucking your shit up. I guarantee you I can play any objective based game better than you one on one so don't tempt me to ruin days.

anywayzzz, I'll be happy to paypal someone the $3.change to get in on a gameshare group. probably won't start one, my state charges tax on psn purchases.
 
And trust me, I can use some guru magic walk throughs as well...I have some okay matches and then some bad, bad matches....usually my bad matches are somewhat offset by me taking out things in the sky...that and I've missed every "walk thru" night we've had.

No problem mad39er, I couldn't join right away because I was watching the Red Wings game and it's hard to do both. That game was frustrating as well.

I have a group to share with and all set up for the new maps tomorrow...may not be able to play unless we have a private match as I will probably have a friend or two in my party, plus everyone else that will be on.

Also I a run down of the new maps would be awesome, considering all five are new to me. A strategy sounds good too, since I usually try to stick by someone side, but then get pissed and run around like a mad man. Probably not helping the TEAM much when I do that. I'm looking forward to getting back to level 30 or 31 so I can get my stinger back and have constant air support when needed.

Anyone know when the store is updating tomorrow?

That was after a bit of a frustrating night, Snake, the person I was directing it to should know who they are. I really just didn't appreciate seeing us as a 6 man team with another clanmate join the match against us where we all end up negative while the first time I noticed him in the match he was 12 and 2.
 
Just say if you join a fellow CAG's game while it is in progress. You then precede to either spawn control them, or purposely extend the game time just to kill them more.

Best way to handle the purchasing would be to have 1 person put $15 in through their CC, and then buy the DLC.

After that, send the account info to the people in your group, and have them Paypal you $3.

I am not sure what you want me to do in a situation like this. I joined the game, hoping to be on your guys' team. However, I obviously wasn't. I was trying to play the objective, and started off with a good game against you guys.

I play to win. I wasn't farm killing or whatever that is. It sucks I wasn't with you guys, but what would you have me do next time?

I obviously don't wanna get on anyones bad side here...

I've got a 1.75 litre bottle of Cuervo gold, I don't really buy that much tequila because I end up not drinking much of it unless it's margaritas. Patron is a lil too special for just me, I'd have to pick some up for a special occasion, like Cinco de Mayo.

Let me know what you are using to do that. I have a few favorites and there are some newer ones on the horizon. If you lower your capture rate to somewhere between 6-7mbps you should be able to upload those right to YouTube assuming they are not longer than 10:59.
 
fyi: once you run the title update double xp is up and running...it says the maps are available, but I can't find them in the psn store.

I think the psn store updates today at the time that it usually updates on thursdays. Read some where that the psn store updates are being changed to tuesdays in may.

I'm lazier than you and usually try to get the Ultimate 1800 Margarita from Costco to use in my Margaritaville blender - makes awesome frozen ones. I did manage polish off a bottle of 1800 special reserve after 3 years though...tough for an old guy like me. In college that may have been 2 months. :)

I'll be down for some double XP and recorded self mutilation sometime tonight.
 
I'll play tonight as well after the Penguins game is over. Even though I still suck as MW2, I haven't used a PS controller for 10 years and I am having a hard time after using the 360 controller exclusively for so long. Someone just let me know where to send the PayPal to for the map pack if I ended up gamersharing with someone.
 
Stim pack is out. Grab it while its hot lol Commence operation screw Activision over by buying it for only 3 dollars hehe

I have a macbook pro so I use the eyetv application for mac. I then import it to iMovie that's where it takes around five hours for a 3.7 gb file and then I upload it to youtube.
 
Okay played a few games in private with combat and some online and the new maps feel okay. Still trying to find the best routes in demo and s&d games but each map seems solid. If you familiar with Cod4 the 2 maps from there are exactly the same. Overgrown still has plenty of sniper spots and camping areas. But they did fix the terrain glitch so thats good. Crash still has the annoying building overlooking the downed chopper but an javelin should help with the campers on top :)
The only problem i found is that there is alot of things in the environment that look like you should be able to climb are a non-climbing things which are good i suppose to prevent some real camping issues.
Also just be warned when playing the map pack you dont really get to choose what type of game type you play. IW just made 2 new game modes devoted to the stimulus pack with all the game types squeezed into each mode (one regular and the other hardcore).

I will be at work for another hour, should be on at around 7pm PST. It would suck if they added some crap like capcom did with final fight, where you have to log in as the user that downloaded the DLC. None of those issues so far with game sharing, right? Mad39er, did you fill all your game share spots?

I'm about to call Sony and see wtf is up with their system since I updated all my information with 2 different companies.
