Hey, I am looking for comics. Anybody know where I can get some other than ebay? Thanks for the help. I am mostly looking for Marvel Comics. Also does any CAG member have any that they are going to get rid of? I am looking for Sgt. Furys Howling Commandos, if you have them. I also am looking for some DeathloK, a short series of comics called the Thor Corps, any What if comics, any War Machine comics, any 2099 comics, Damage Control, another short series called The Crew, and anything that has the Taskmaster in it.

I've noticed alot of people here have comics that they are looking to get rid of. Since there aren't really any comicbook trading sites out there, I created my own. Please check out my Comic Book and Card Trading Forum that I am working on.

I'm honestly still amazed people buy comic books. When you are young you can trick yourself into thinking comics are cool, start collecting them...you know...because they can go "up in value", but thats just a lie we all tell ourselves simply because collecting comics was a fun hobby to be in.
In the endmost people amass a huge collection, then eventually try to sell it, find no buyers at anywhere NEAR price guide prices, and are left feeling rejected.

Same here, but its time for a major purge for me. I have no false hopes about what I'll potentially get for the comics i'm about to sell. I'd just like to get something and make some room. I still kept the books I knew I was attached to though.

I intend on just blowing out my comics I have, save for a few colllected editions(trade paperbacks in other words) that I may wanna re-read someday and just hope to get $50-100 for what I've got.
I know I'm gonna lose big $$$ on them, but I just don't care anymore. I've taken the attitude of 'if it's sat and I haven't played/read/watched it, out it goes'. Hell, I still have a movie I picked up on Black Friday(Crank) that I haven't watched and is sitting new in shrinkwrap still.
Any games that I complete that I don't think I'll go back to also get traded or sold as long as I got them cheap and I'm at least close to breaking even on them.
I'm done 'collecting' things for the sake of having them, since I figure that whenever I die, all my shit will end up being donated and someone will trash what I took such great care of, so why don't I make a few bucks off it now.

I care because I've had other people message me asking if you do the same to them. I care because you're the one asking me to take pictures of stuff that you supposedly want to buy from me and I want to know if you're even reliable, which by one account so far, you aren't.
