The one thing that annoys me about the game is that Kobe and TMac are unstopable. It's no wonder both of them average 47+ ppg in the league.

Tmac hor as in Yao Ming had 28 and 20 and you couldn't stop him, your offense consisted of chucking 3s with Peja and Posey, and you got pounded inside? No thats not T-mac hor. T mac just had fast break points OH and 11 Assists (thats hore right?) If you can't go to your coach profiles and put up your get back tempo then don't call me a Tmac hore, especially when you had 3 games in a row to adjust to any defense AND in 1 where I could barely hit a 3 with him.

EDIT: By the way I wanted to let admins know that I only had 2 games scheduled and played with weavshow while 4 games were scheduled for MSU (3 of which were played). Is this an error?

2K generates league schedules without any admin input. I know it's weird and I don't know why they do it like that but oh well.....I also had Weavshow on my schedule twice, he got the Warriors 4 times :whistle2:k

Dude, TMac has taken more shots then anyone in the league, and you've only played nine games. You're averaging over 33 shots per game with him.

So if the defense cant stop him, I'm horing? Thats like saying if I make an open three and shoot it again with the same guy because he's hot, I'm horing. There are ways to stop these players and I'll prove it when I play the lakers. AND don't complain about that when YOU picked your team and knew others like the Lakers and Rockets were going to be chosen.

I'm not complaining, I'm just pointing out the obvious. I could should 35 shots with JRich every game if I wanted to but I don't like to cheese.

I can't speak for the oft-injured McGrady, but Kobe is an elite player. Lebron James is the same way. Juan was running all over me with him. You, Immortal, were unstoppable with the "back into the basket and baby hook" with Shaq. WeavShow runs circles around guys and drives it in with regularity while controlling Rajon Rondo. Every team has "that guy".

OK they only reason I'm shooting 3's is you collapse the middle and I can't post up with West and Chandler. I still try to get West some mid-range J's but that's pretty much my only option inside.

I pass the ball a minimum of 3 times every half court set, you're lucky if you pass it twice. It's usually PG to T-Mac and drive, or outlet to T-Mac. If I double T-Mac, then you throw it to Yao.

I try to play a fair game of basketball. If I get beat by someone like Weav, Juan, Immortal, XXXPlosive, or Matt then they're the better team/player. Matt is very friendly even though he uses Kobe a lot. I turned off my mic before you may of gotten going with talking (from what others have said about you.)

When I get beat by someone who just uses one player and then a second once I start double teaming the first one and doesn't play anywhere close to what a team plays like in real life, I get upset. That's why I took off my headset during the first game, so I wouldn't say nasty things. After the third game I got fed up.

If it makes you feel any better, I couldn't record my podcast tonight because I yelled obscenities at you/TMac so loudly I took out my voice.
 
Great game once again, Juan. But I should just quit CAG leagues. The games are so much fun, but the end result is painful. I could easily be 8-4 right now, but I've lost 3 straight close games. Most of my losses in the CAG NHL 09 league were by 1 goal.

I can take the blowout losses like my first 2 games with Weav-Diddy, but the close ones hurt and make me not want to play anymore for the night, heh.
 
Honestly, I don't know how the heck did I win that game. You had me against the ropes late in the game but my backcourt really stepped up on D late in the game. That Lebron steal near the end when the game was 85-82 was the clincher for me IMO.

I thought I wasn't going to come back after you lead went up to 12 late because my guys were not knocking down most of their shots in the third but I managed to hit some big 3's late to get close. Mo Williams, who's played like crap for me in this league, bailed me out big time in the 4th quarter with those buckets he was hitting.
 
I've not heard anything from XXXPlosive and I guess Penny is pretty pissed at me, although I wasn't on last night as I recorded my podcast.
 
I haven't heard from X, either. But tonight, I have a CAG hockey league game in an hour, maybe a little more than that (starting no later than 10 Eastern). Those usually take 25-30 minutes, but I can play after that.

fuck my sleep schedule. I couldn't even go to class today due to catching up on 2 days + of missed sleep, and of course I woke up like 15 minutes ago. I must be nocturnal.

EDIT: So no replies. I haven't heard from dudedizzle since getting a friend request from him, and I have no idea where Xxxplosive is. 6 of my final 8 games are against those guys. The other 2 are against Immortal and Juan, who I know will play. But I have 8 games left, and despite my best efforts, I haven't gotten to play since 2 days ago.

Actually, T-mac was only scoring on fast break because thats the game I like to play. Collapse you with my defense and take quick advantage of it. When you scored, I brought it down, posted with Yao and either dished out to a 3 point shooter or took it up. Personally, I don't care what you think of my game because my job here is playing in a CAG LEAGUE Game not a SIM league. I'm not in charge of playing like the Rockets would in real life, I am in charge of playing how I enjoy and what suits me. I didn't glitch on you or exploit any cheat. So I'm done fighting you about it. Sorry about your mild-tempered podcast.

What happened? You weren't on when you said you would be. I can play in 30 minutes after Lost ends, if you're still on.

I just don't see how I can get 8 games played in the next 2 days (can't play Saturday). I've gone several days without anyone playing me.

I can play 1 game at 8 Eastern, but I need to be done by 9.

EDIT: Too late now. Xxxplosive hasn't been on for 19 hours, and dudedizzle hasn't been on for 3 days, despite them saying they'd be available now. Nothing personal regarding my opponents, but after going several days of making myself available without getting any games played, I don't see how this will get finished. I've been trying.

I understand. Like I said, it's nothing personal. It's just frustrating that I came back to do this and now I'm not going to get to finish the season.

I doubt I'll be available later tonight, but I'll let you know if that changes and I will be. I'm probably going to get to bed early after not sleeping last night at all.

Okay, I may as well just say at this point that it won't be possible for me to finish my games and let Juan do what needs to be done. I want to finish; I've tried to finish. But unless I can somehow play 8 games after I get home tonight, that won't be happening. I won't be available at all on Saturday.

I hope this won't exclude me from consideration for a future league or tournament, because I've made a strong effort to get games in. For a while there, I did not, due to being busy with school- and adjusting to the collegiate workload- and chiefly because I thought the league was mostly dead soon after Franky left. But this past week, I went 3 nights in a row posting that I wanted to play, but no one accepted the challenge.

Now, I'm not holding anyone else at fault. It was my fault that I was behind in the first place, and the 2 opponents who I was to play in 6 of the 8 games- Xxxplosive and dudedizzle- have had stuff going on. Xxxplosive mentioned family health issues (hope things are okay now, man) and dudedizzle, from what I can gather, is a kid who is in high school, which means getting up early and spending 7 hours per weekday in school, etc. Plus there's the 3 hour time difference between both of them and myself.

To summarize, it will be impossible at this point to get my remaining games in, but I hope you all understand my plight just as I understand yours. I can guarantee timely playing of my games in any future league or tournament, and I'll continue to read and post in this thread. I'm up for exhibition games sometimes, too. I like and respect you guys, and look forward to playing with you in the future. I hope the sentiment is reciprocated.

No need to apoligize. Other than that span where you were gone for a while I thought you tried very hard to schedule games in, but personally I think the time zone difference ruined it between us. And you hit my identity right on the spot except you forgot to mention the 3+ hours of homework for AP classes :roll:
 
If I can't get my last one in with Matt, then my game with the Rockets is pointless since I need those last two wins to even have a chance at the playoffs.

Dudedizzle, just think of the 3 hours of homework as preparation for college, where you will have at least that much, probably more.

Yes, it's a 7 game matchup. Also, I won't be able to play until Wednesday :whistle2:( since I'll be at work. Hopefully we'll be able to finish this round this week and the winners can get the finals done by the end of next week.
 
Congrats on the playoff teams. Im sorry recent problems had me unable to play often the past two weeks, but I tried hard to schedule with you guys the other couple of months. I think we had a good league and if you guys want to start up again after the playoffs, I down with that.

OH NO. Here's the thing. I can play all you want, but this thursday I'm leaving for vaca until sunday. AND I have spring break right now and no school work so I'm available a lot until thursday. Maybe we could schedule games later at night Eastern time?
