Rock Revolution has some of the worst covers ever recorded. Sound like they were captured at a karaoke night.

Vampire Rain is a painfully dull Splinter Cell clone. The tutorial is so long and arduous that you will want to shut it off before you get to an actual level.

I think the PC multiplayer is fractured due colonies not being online compatible with the first edition
 
The Original Lost Planet on the PC? I don't know how much of a multiplayer field there would still be. Too bad its not the colonies edition, at least you could be achievements for your time then.


I got the superpack CSI PC a while ago. My wife definitely thinks its worth 8 bucks for fans of the show.

The Vana'diel Collection 2008 contains all expansions, while the one on Newegg lacks the new Wings of the Goddess expansion which is $20 on it's own. Be aware that no matter what you get, you're going to have to install the game to the HDD with NXE, then another separate install with updates. I think it takes about 11gb total.

Highly recommend Viking. There is surprisingly little to do with Norse mythology in modern pop culture, so it was easy for this game to be crap and it's not. That it's one of the few forays outside of the Total War series by Creative Assembly should've meant that this would have doubly been crap makes it a must-buy at $10.
 
Picked up Fatal Inertia for $10, for some reason I wanted to try it.

I'm playing through Viking at the moment and can highly recommend it for $10.
 
Viking looks like fun, what the heck it's only 10 bucks.

Already beat Viking and got all 1000 achievement points (pretty easy). Picked up a copy anyway because dismembering people with an axe never really gets old and I just wanted to have it in my collection :D

For $10, Viking is a no-brainer for sure.
 
Well I hate to provide the flip-side of Viking, but I had picked it up at 17.99(?) used at the gamestop gameday sale in 08 and at the time the price was a steal.

The game never did it for me. The combat isn't as free-flowing as you think and the big epic battles are meh. Personally I would save money for the bigger games coming out this summer like Bionic Commando or Prototype

I honestly don't mind if the game is repetitious as long as the fighting is fun. It's like Assassin's Creed, the game got really repetitive but I loved it the whole way through.
