Well, all this talk of Zoids Assault almost made me pop my copy in to see what all the fuss is about. However, I looked through my backlog and discovered I also have Spectral Force 3 which seems to be a slightly better reviewed game. So I'm playing that now instead ;). It seems pretty good so far. Sorry, this has nothing to do with Newegg (though perhaps is an alternate suggestion to Zoids for those considering a SRPG for the 360). I think I got mine at GS pretty cheap.
I prefer Zoids to SF3... though I'm admittedly pretty sick of playing SF3 (I'm at 975 right now, and have probably put a good 80 hours into it... still several more before I make it to 1000).
Someone posted that all you need to do is install the 1.5 patch for The Witcher in order to make the game uncensored but that's not the case you have to also install the "Director's Cut" patch.
Ty!

ahhhhh what happened to the OP!?
We used to have nice links that weren't always updated which was fine.
Then we had a single link to someone's price tracker which was OK.
Now we have plain text and it makes me sad.

I'm sure the absence of links makes Cheapy even sadder...

Yeah, I was wondering that. Figured it had dropped since I ordered it a week ago but it's still $7. Though of course that's a great price if it ends up being good (and a Champions of Norath esque games set with aliens sounds good to me)

Yea, I was interested in it until I heard that the camera controls are mapped to the nunchuck accelerometer. I'm still tempted to bite on it though - especially if it drops a couple bucks.
How'd you get it for $2?
He probably received one of the $5 off coupons from newegg in an email and used it on the $7 game.

Ahh, that makes sense. I never get these kinds of coupons . I've ordered a ton of stuff from Newegg too (including all the parts for the computer I built). Figures.

That's why you don't get the coupon. You shop there enough. Its not a customer loyalty coupon, its a "Hey you! Get in here and spend money on us for once" coupon.

I'm not sure it's even that. I've bought from them significantly further back in the past (including parts to build several computers), but I've only actually ended up placing three orders in the past few years. So if that's what they're doing, I should be a prime candidate to get a coupon, and I haven't received one.

It seems more like they're sending them out completely at random.

Not on my copy-I got the PSP one :whistle2:D (And thank goodness if it uses accelerometer control...though mostly I just got that version because all things being equal I'd rather have a portable one)

Well Wolfpup, I finally finished BC.

It was a very fun game, I love everything Bionic Commando and I go batshit crazy for swinging around. Nathan spencer is a badass and the game brought out that feeling really well. It truly felt like you were kicking ass and taking names.

However, the ps3 version(not sure how the 360 version is) has some technical issues. Frequency of loading times I got used to, but the framerate got downright nasty at times, but only really during the outdoor park parts. Everything else was great.

Like I said, fun game, made Nathan feel more badass hero like than most games that deal with actual super heroes. However it's brought down by a few issues. Best 10 dollar game I've bought in a long time though.
Does Newegg have the cheapest price on Folklore for the ps3 at $31.99 with FS? Anywhere else got it cheaper?
I've seen it at Wal-Mart B&M for 19.9X recently, of course that is YMMV.
i havn't played any of the dmc games, should i pick up dmc 4. looks cool and not a bad price.
Well, the thing I hated about DMC 4 is that halfway through the game, you're forced to play through all the levels you just played through all over again, with a different character. If you're fine with that, then it's a pretty good action/slash-em-up game.

It also has settings for beginners so you can play through it even if you suck (unlike DMC 1 & 3). I also really enjoyed the second-to-last boss fight. It had a very Shadow of the Colossus feel to it.

So glad you liked it! I felt the same way about Nathan. I thought he was an awesome character, from design to dialog, etc., and that's a perfect way to describe him as more badass than most games with actual super heroes.

I loved when those Grin guys were on the Giant Bombcast, and thought how they are really came through in the game.

Regarding the technical stuff, that's disappointing to hear. I can't remember any technical issues at all in the Xbox one. Sounds like if they didn't, maybe they needed to install the game to the hard drive (I of course had it installed). Who knows, maybe that could have fixed it without anything else. But maybe it's another case of "eh...what are these extra CPUs for? Let's just ignore it and throw 3 CPUs worth of work onto 1" that I suspect happens sometimes on the Playstation version of multiplatform games. At least it sounds good enough to have fun with!

Yea it was good enough to have fun with, and it did have a mandatory install as well.

Luckily I didn't die all that much either, so I didn't have to sit through that loading screen all that much. I didn't really find the game all that difficult, but I've heard some people think it is. I think much of the difficulty is getting the swinging down, because without the arm you cannot win.

But yea, if you would tell me Spiderman could take care of 3 flying Biomechs at once I'd laugh :p
Does Newegg have the cheapest price on Folklore for the ps3 at $31.99 with FS? Anywhere else got it cheaper?
It's 19.99 used at Gamestop. that's where I got my copy.

But if you want a new copy...I don't know.

It doesn't show up on their website though.

I felt exactly the opposite about the game characters and story, I've had enough baditude in games. The mechanics were the best part IMO.
Madworld at $10 is finally the price it should have been at release.
This.

And I'm still debating...

Edit: Scratch that, I forgot how boring and stale this game really is.
By chance can anyone vouch for Let's Tap? Sort of interested in its quirks.:whistle2:k
You can extract a few hours of gameplay if you play by yourself, but it is most definitely tailored toward playing with others. If a uniquely stylized, socially-driven title is what you are after, then $10 is a great deal for it.
I don't know if its been mentioned yet, but Amazon matched Newegg's price on MadWorld.
I really hate Amazon, but it should be nice for the people that like using their service.
Edit: Scratch that, I forgot how boring and stale this game really is.
Dodged a bullet. If you played Madworld once, there is absolutely no reason to play it again.

Solid game. I liked it better than Call of Duty 4 personally (same engine, doesn't look as good, but more fun IMO).
