ive said countless amount of moneys on amazon, always get my games on release date, and it saves me so much gas money and time.

They also have great customer service.

Agreed. Never had a problem, the best prices, and everything arrives within 2 days for free. I buy more than just media there, too. They beat local retail prices on just about anything you can name. Why should I buy so much as a toothbrush at the drug store when Amazon has them beat?

Maybe the haters are New York residents. I might hate Amazon if I had to pay sales tax.

The only area where Newegg beats Amazon is that they have better search criteria for electronics. You can really narrow things down to what you're looking for. But you're paying for that convenience in shipping and tax (in my case).
 
Yeah amazon really sucks. They gave me a $25 credit for my broken cased Halo ODST. They don't charge me tax. They e-mail me about savings, and they also give amazing deals for all pre-orders. Screw them I'm going to Gamestop. Atleast Gamestop charges me the retail price for used games.
 
Amazon is great. Amazon nutcase fanboys and girls are not- check some of the negative threads in the Gold Box forum, if you dare question Amazon they pretty much blame you, your family, your ancestors, etc, because there is NO possibility Amazon could EVER do ANYTHING wrong. It's pretty funny, they're worse than Apple cultists..

Amazon has a lot of advantages, and people should use the service if its in their benefit.

I will be taking my business elsewhere because of some bad experiences (all in the last month or two) that they refuse to acknowledge or fix.

Everyone's experience will not be equal, and I'm glad yours are better than mine.

Anyways, I wish Alone in the Dark for PS3 would fall to $9.99 because I want to try that game out.

I have to pay tax on amazon where I live, in ND(seriously wtf? They don't have anything in my state and I dont pay tax on newegg or other online sites)

But I still love Amazon, I just always try to shop from newegg for games when I can if I can save some money.

Right - I've bought lots of games from NewEgg and I've gotten them all new as well. Trauma Center is an Atlus game, and sometimes Atlus will use cheaper shrinkwrap on their games. I was looking to see if anyone got Trauma Center specifically with poor-looking shrinkwrap.

I have both Trauma Center games for the Wii that I didn't buy from NewEgg and they both have Y-fold seals.

I ordered mine a month or so ago and it came like yours. Crappy shrink wrap and a strange case (locking case or whatever they call it). Others earlier in the thread reported the same thing.

That said, for the price I'm okay with it. And the disc looks perfect.

Came back in here to say the same thing lol. I noticed it finally sold out too. Glad I got it when I did.

Despite the radiation crap and lack of checkpoints in certain areas, this game is SWEET! It got a lot more fun after I got the challenge and collectibles trophies.

I'm currently on Commando mode (68%) and this difficulty has been really brutal on some parts. Gettin' them health upgrades are a must to survive.

Actually kind of enjoying Metal Slug Anthology, to my surprise. Not a bad buy for the price even if you're not a big fan of the genre.
 
only thing I encountered is that Fuel and another game (PS3) were the PAL versions. Can tell by the stats on back (# of players, required disc space, etc) and the title on the spine faces the opposite fucking direction from the other 88 games of the shelf!!!!!!!!!

EDIT: Fracture was the second title

It's ok. I heard It's only around 10ish hours in length but It's basically Dragon Quest on rails. For $10 you can't go wrong, especially if your craving a new Wii game.

Just hope they don't do a Sony Move Remake version ;)
