If anyone is looking for a new router, the ASUS RT-N66U they list there is a hell of a great router. Fast, very good wireless coverage and has handled everything I've thrown at it and then some.

Plus, it's the cheapest price I've seen for it, with or without the rebate.

^^This! My old router died just last weekend so I ended up getting this router based on a friend's recommendation - Even though I've had this for only a week, it's definitely solid and I'm envious of anyone who buys it at the cheaper price :bouncy:

They only sell new games, only exception to this are open box games which are clearly indicated in the title and on the listing page.

You have got to be fucking kidding me. They're selling a green surge protector for $20. I just bought one for $26 because one of mine had recently died and I figured it made sense to replace a regular surge protector with a green energy saving one.

Come on Newegg, where are my $10 games? I've bought quite a few at that price this year, but then these are the kind of prices they have for BF? What gives?
 
I'm seeing a larger list, but still ugly prices. Hopefully they'll update the prices soon.

Edit: Okay, the prices have update on the sales list, but not on the actual product page...

As soon as that went up, I checked the product page it and was still $249.99. And then it suddenly jumped to $299.99. It just seems like someone there doesn't know what they're doing.

Edit: Nevermind. It's fixed and available for $199.99. Just bought it!

I had check 4 change running at 15 seconds intervals, so I knew almost the second that it went live. I even had the presence of mind to have it sitting in my cart so I wouldn't have to take a second to add it. Unfortunately for me though, I recently got a new Debit card and I forgot that I had never bought anything from Newegg with my new card. So the card info wasn't saved to my account. In the 30 seconds that it took for me to enter that info the card sold out. So it was live for less than a minute.

I don't know if this was the same drive you were looking for, but I just ordered this Seagate 3TB for shipping at Best Buy. $108 after tax. I'm going to rip it out of its enclosure, and throw it into my second computer once it complete.

I passed on that drive. The $50 SSD. I love the faster boot times and everything, but I heard mixed reviews about that one. The Intel Series is definitely the way to go when it comes to SSD's.
 
newegg fails anyway, their list is unorganized sloppy and frankly confusing. I didn't see anything at all that I wanted and I blew most of my money elsewhere this year.

Too bad newegg...whomever was put in charge of bf deals failed oh so hard.

Picked up a PS3 bundle to replace my dead 60gb console. I was going to wait for Amazon, but I wanted to avoid the Lightning Deal frenzy, and I had a 10 dollar gift card from NewEgg.
 
I was able to replace my old, junky xbox 360 for a reasonable price and with zero taxation! Thanks, htz! :)
 
Got one of the PS3 bundles as well, so I can have one in my room as well as my 60 GB in the living room. I don't need the controller and games (already own them) that comes with the bundle. What's the best way to sell them? Ebay?
 
I already own the vanilla version of Batman AC GOTY, does anyone know if installing the DLC disc from the GOTY messes up the Catwoman content? I want to install the DLC on 2 XBoxes.
 
Great deals, but why doesn't anyone online have the Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition, Red Dead GOTY Edition, and L.A. Noire Complete Edition yet?! Those are the last 3 on my list.
