You are just as rude as the other guy talking crap about the steelers... I enjoyed the game, disappointed with the outcome but commended J'ville for some good plays at the end... got over it... no big deal... you sound no better than "all the rude steelers fans"... give me a break, there are rude arrogant pricks that are fans of each and every team (the stuff I listen to on a daily basis from jaded Alabama fans juts anything Ive ever heard elsewhere to sham)... BTW, what is your favorite team?

I am rude for saying that most Steeler fans are rude assholes? Dude I live in "Steeler Country" I'm around this shit every single day of the year. Ok well I guess i'll revise what I said and will say that all Steeler fans in PA ( Atleast ) are rude arrogant assholes. There are rude fans in every state and such but the Pittsburgh fans take the cake.

Well I can say that I wanted Tomlin to go for 2 each of those times, so I can't really criticize him. Ben was the best "clutch" QB this year, so you've got to expect he'll make a play. I did have a problem with the playcalling again-a fade to no-hands Nate? Are you serious?

Also, I thought that the reversal of Holmes' catch in the first half was as big, if not bigger, than the Ward non-call in the whole scheme of things. It took away their momentum, dropped their morale (even though it shouldn't have, you could see it in their faces), and lost a huge chunk of yards, moving them out of FG position. I wonder if the NFL will apologize again for another puzzling overturn of a catch in the playoffs...

I will say I'm tired of Arians at this point, but I'm not sure if I want him gone because he's developed a good rapport with Ben. I still don't know why he decides to get away from the things that are working well, like in the Pats game and last night in the first half. He also has a tendency to get too conservative with a lead.

I happen to be a rude arrogant asshole, but that doesn't mean EVERY steelers fan is. Take my fiance for instance, she is really kind and sweet, never ever rude to anybody and she is a huge steelers fan.

And if you think Erie is Steelers country (other than the fact that it is in teh USA, and teh USA is Steelers Nation) you're wrong. Erie is Steeler/Bufffalo/Cleveland bastardization b/c your town is so shitty (I know you won't argue with me there) they don't have their own team. I'm glad that Erie is bastardized between 3 different teams. Atleast that way it's only 33% of the people in Erie are Assholes while 33% are the Grateful Browns Fans and the other 33% are always Bitter Buffalo fans ;) I couldn't stand 100% of the people in my city being like the people in Pittsburgh. I havent resorted to the name calling that certain people in this thread have (thanks for the rolling eyes smiley BTW)... and you said ALL steelers fans... how am I not supposed to take that personally... When I lived in Va, the majority of people there were rabid skins fans... there were assholes amongst them... but not ALL

And there have been studies about team support in the 4 major sporting leagues... and this year... again.... the steelers placed number one... they take into account tv ratings in that area, support at games, how well the team fans travel...etc...etc

On topic.. I would like to see SD or Indy win it this year now that the steelers are out..anyone but the pats... who I dislike, but respect thier success... big difference in the way I talk about other teams in comparison to the things others here are saying

Dude, I don't think you understand. It sucks to lose in the playoffs; but it's the ways(missed field goals, giving games away etc..) we lost all those times(ALL at home) that hurt the most.

Jags beat Pats, Colts beat Chargers, Giants defeat Cowboys, Packers beat Seattle, Colts beat Jags, Packers beat Giants, Packers beat Colts in the Super Bowl

That's actually what I'd like to happen, but hey, it's just to my liking, don't be too harsh with me D:

I was just seeing if you were an Eagle fan... they are the worse... after the 2001 championship game I went back up to school.. and I got heckled and laughed at by the damn Eagles fans, who were watching the Eagles and Rams game...after the Eagles lost I had the last laugh...

I think the Jags will be a tough matchup, but ultimately the NE Offense will outscore them.

As far as LT's jump, I said to my friends "holy crap, he's flying!"

Jacksonville has a defense that will match up well against the Pats.. the tough part for the Jags will be their passing game..
