- Team young goal scoring super squad (Penguins)

(6) Philadelphia Flyers vs. (3) Washington Capitals

- Capitals without a loss.

(5) New York Rangers vs. (4) New Jersey Devils

- I wouldn't care either but the Ranger's have Jagr aka my man. But to be honest the Devils have raped them every year. Devils.... wait a second, Rangers. Just saw this on ESPN.com -->

I've seen that when I catch the late day show replay. I might just set up my DVR to record all the shows while I'm gone just in case.
 
wow... what a collapse by carolina, from division leader to out of the playoffs...lol... good for Washington, although I dislike them

Pens and Sens round one... part 2... hopefully a reversal of last years results

Pens dominated. Fluery really played well when he had to. Sens are running out of healthy bodies.

Flames jumped on the Sharks early and held on playing pretty good all night.

Damn I love the NHL playoffs.
 
All I gotta say is the Sharks went straight back to being the Sharts or a "Pre-Campbell" team... If that's where they are headed they ain't goin too far.

As for the Pens, wow... um. Sens might as well fold now. lol

Hopefully? it's the Preds, They shouldn't even be in the playoffs. lol It's like the NY/NJ and Min/Col series. They're all place holder teams.


Anyway, yeah... I guess after the 3 goal they went on vacation and let the Sharts finish the game. :roll:

Man, gotta say I don't know how Marleau held up. lol

definitely.. finally Hossa and Crosby scored..I thought this game would be rough.. Ottawa came out aggressive.. but Fleury has really shown he is poised.. great game

Great win by the Sharks last night. So far thats the most entertaining series for me.

Wings should bounce back tonight.
 
And just like that... Pens sweep... on to round 2... havent been this excited about Pittsburgh hockey in a while... those back to back titles in the early 90's were so long ago

I, too, am excited to see the Penguins go far.
 
Managed to grab 2 tickets to the Pens first game for round 2. I'm hoping we either get the Rangers or Washington, both would be good series.

I was at games 4 and 6 in Boston... Game 6 was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in person. Montreal had 3 leads in this game and blew them all, the Bruins were outstanding.

The first goal by Kessel is a classic highlight reel goal. But the last goal by Sturm was even better. Here's all of them:

So much for another championship in Boston, granted the Bruins played REAL good considering they were 8th seed and took it the Canadians all the way to the final game.

Flyers downed, and the Capitals still have a chance.

As a Wings fan, I guess it's good news they play the Avs instead of the Calgoonry Flames.

I hope Dallas destroys San Jose, although I have a feeling that this is the Sharks' year.

I hate the Rangers but JaGr is my favorite player (even used him as my nickname for XBL and other accounts for years). The guy sucked all season long till the final 15 or so games he really turned it up. I think Team Jagr will hit the third round but NO ONE is going to stop the Penguines. If they do I'll go ape shit.

Even though I can't name one player beside Nabokov or Thorton. I actually watched my first hockey game, pretty impressed.
