It is the case in the picture however I bought this from gamestop. It is a standard dvd case and not a gamecube case (that fits 2 discs) the 2 game discs are in sleeves inside the case. There is also a small hole in the cover art which you can't see

Edit - you can actually see it, it is right next to the end of the word gamecube. It is on the cover art only not the case
