I think these are those clearance games mentioned coming in the other TRU ad thread. These prices go into effect Thursday December 22.
EDIT:this is all I got. The new stuff is listed on the top. If anyone else at TRU has anything to add let me know.

EDIT 3:These prices should be good to go Thursday. I checked the other stores markdown lists in my area Saturday and all of them had the 9.98 games. I got a friend's scanner and posted a page from the markdown list. I hope this works.
EDIT 4: Because no CAG wants to pay $5 more than he/she has to, shipwreck took the liberty of putting which games are eligible for $5 rebates on PriceGrabber. For complete info on the rebates check out this thread:

EDIT 6:I found the master list which is essentially the green tag games merged with the 12/22 list. I did find some new games that will be part of the B&M sale on Monday but still no Psychonauts for Xbox.

After 3 trips (to the same TRU) I scored:

I gave a lot of thought to picking up Area 51 and/or Pariah. Has anyone played either of these? Are they worth $10?

BTW, there was no signage and the various employees I dealt with had no clue that the games had been marked down.

I had the same experience. The clerk doubted that the games were on sale. Her eyes went wide when they came up $9.98 . . . and she kept asking me questions about the source of the list . . . turned out she wanted it for herself. I gave it to her when I finished.

I don't know if this sucks or not yet, but I stuck FF I&II

in my cart this morning when it came into stock briefly @$29.99 online. It's now OOS, but the price dropped to $9.98 while it was sitting in my saved cart.

I'm really hoping this goes into stock again before the markdown ends because I found out from a relative who did go to the B&M TRU today that it was OOS in store, too.

the Fargo store is pretty slim now that they marked all the prices. I now the employees got in on a lot after we hit it in the morning.

As of 4:30 there were still a bunch of Tekken 5's. And plenty of Star Wars controllers

Amazon cancelled my order for Crystal Chronicles when it was 10 (with the cable). I got in on Tekken 5 but I HOPE they don't do the same here since it was obviously low stock.

I bought a copy of Xenosaga 2 for $9.99 - they placed it on the shelf with a $9.99 stick right on the plastic wrapping.

Sunnyvale TRU has a few Monkeyball combos, FF 1 & 2's, F-Zero's and a few Xbox titles left. Oh yeah, plenty of Killer 7's for PS2.

I was surprised as hell to see this for myself when I was looking around Amazon, blasted RE4, Tekken 5, Samurai Western into the cart and checked out ASAP. Knew it would be hot stuff.
 
i got only psychonauts for myself. The only other games i wanted were dds, tekken 5 and metal slug 4/5.
I do have another psychonauts,romance x,sid miers pirates, and alien hominid to trade if u have on ei want.

I have been refreshing the Tekken 5 page since last night. As soon as I heard RE4 was there I checked Tekken 5. I'm happy, turned my coins into games (coinstar). Now lets see about Zelda 4 Swords. Anyone know what other games to keep a eye on that haven't dropped yet on Amazon?

I went to Chula Vista after grabbing Mario Party 5 and Fight for NY at Morena. The dude in front of me bought all 3 copies of DDS and me and my bid finished off the last two copies of RE4. Man I really wanted DDS, he was a fellow CAG'er too!

I think I'm officially done. Besides Mario Party 5, I got everything I wanted. I know the sale wasn't as cheap as the CC one, but its still a pretty nice feeling being able to pick up a $40 Tekken 5 ticket and walk out of the store with it for $10.
