Not sure where to post this but I thought I'd let people know that the MRSP of the physical release of Shovel Knight has been raised to $24.95. Amazon still has the Wii U & Xbox One versions for $19.99 so hurry up and get your order in before they change the price. Also Target has the price at $29.99 for some reason.

If I remember correctly, even the Majora's Mask Skullkid bundle had a limit of 3 per customer.
 
Sucks that there's a limit of one... This looks like it's thin and could possibly fit in a bubble mailer, which is why I wanted to order two... Oh well, we will see.

When it went up, the order limit was two per person. It must have sold thru fast, so they changed it.

I really hope they don't cancel/modify the 2-piece orders. I ordered two for exactly the reason R3DH3R0 mentioned.

That's better then what they do with a lot of CE's, even ones that sold out quickly like borderlands 2 Loot Chest or RC Claptrap; they'll initially go up with no limits what-so-ever and people will preorder 30 per system. Hours later (sometimes days/weeks/months) when they sell thru or come close to selling thru the allotment they limit it to 1 or 2 per account on future orders.

There has only been one or two instances in the last few years where amazon has retroactively changed order quantities and I don't see them going through the bother to axe orders of two just to save a single unit

 
I can order one with another account like a family member, but that doesn't solve my issue if they bubble mail them. So for right now 1 it is. Hopefully this goes live at baby because of gcu.

Be careful doing that. I have bought something on a separate amazon account (my girlfriend's), who has her own paid prime membership, credit card was in her name, and the shipping address was different (mine was being shipped to work) and I still got a "QA" notice/warning.

I do have some credit cards on file with Amazon that have our apartment address as the billing address so I'm not sure if that's what flagged it or if it was because the orders were placed on the same computer but it got flagged none the less.

Not saying that's the norm but it did happen to be recently with the Arkham Knight LE PS4 Console

I'm not going to because it still wouldn't solve my problem if they were shipped in bubble mailers, one from each account. If I had two on mine they'd use a box. I just hope they use a box for one... Amazon usually does, but some instances they haven't like Bravely Default.

 
My MGS Collectors just shipped, hopefully we all get the codes sent to us and its not a huge hassle. I still cant believe they forgot to pack them in :(

 
Gamestop very rarely has extras anymore, I'm pretty sure the only CE's they have were pre-ordered, sometimes some people cancel their pre-orders and then they'll be up for grabs.  I think you can call up or visit a store and ask if they have any cancelled pre-orders and if you could try getting one when the game releases.

You can call your local Gamestop today to double check, but those were probably ones that people preordered in store and asked to be delivered to store for pickup. I remember it was like this with Elder Scrolls online CE as well, when I called to check, all the store allocations were preordered by people.
 
Yup. And seeing as I'm supposed to (or at least under the impression) have expedited shipping. Not that it matters as I ordered it forever ago, so I should have it at release.
 
My MGSV CE guide has shipped as of Saturday night from Chester, VA. The exact opposite side of the United States from where I live.

My MGSV CE itself shipped as of this morning from a town about a 2 hours drive away from me.

So it looks like I'll probably have my game tomorrow and the guide either tomorrow or on release. Meanwhile neither my MGSV PS4 console or the MGSV steelbook edition have shipped from Amazon France.

Oh fuck... didn't even think of that. Gonna have to order something else around the same time so that they ship it in a box.

I might order some pillows... maybe they'll stick the item in the middle. Ah, who am I kidding, they're gonna stick the item in a corner and that specific corner will be slightly dinged and the CE box will have a minor ding and Imma go into my OCD rage about Amazon sux.

For those that have had their copies shipped, when did you order them?  I ordered mine in March on the 19th when they first went live and yet they haven't shipped.

 
It all depends on the location of the shipping warehouse. If your location is close to the warehouse they will ship it last since they don't need to ship it that early to get it to you on release date. I have stuff shipped one day before the release date and I still got it on the official release date.

Last CE I ordered was the Batman Arkham Knight one and I had it on release day.  I think it came from Nor Cal, same as the Mortal Kombat X CE I purchased.

 
I also pre-ordered on March when it first came live and have not yet received a shipping notice. It's been "Preparing" for the last few days. Not really concerned though, since I've had pretty good luck receiving my games on release date. If anything, I'm more worried about the shape that it may arrive in. Wonder how sturdy that box is... :whistle2:k

Knowing AMZ, they'll probably bubble wrap the pillow and put the CE on the very bottom so that your pillow can arrive extra soft.

Amazon France just charged me for the console. Also both of my CE have shipped from Best Buy and the guide should be shipped tonight according to the rep I spoke to in store. Good to see all my stuff is on its way.
 
Best Buy for my MGSV CE:
"Expected Delivery Date: Tuesday, September 1st."

Ah... That feeling... Even though I probably won't get it at launch, at least I'll have it.

Having seen the full scale arm holding a PS4 controller REALLY makes me want it to hold my X1 controller. The baby arm will most definitely fall over, lol.
