To anyone considering the Phantom Breaker LE, I'd suggest looking more into the game or trying the demo. I play quite a few fighting games, and it looks and feels terrible to me. If you have to make a choice, do yourself a favor and pick up the Blazblue: CS Extend LE instead.

That's what I was thinking too. It reminds me more of Melty Blood than anything else. Not saying Melty Blood was bad, but it's certainly not as polished as BlazBlue/Arcana Heart/Guilty Great/etc. It feels like a step backwards.
 
Just as a heads up, GameStop has already stopped taking preorders for ME3 CE for 360. Best Buy is still taking them right now though, but it seems like they might be drying up, so if you want it I would preorder now.

I played the JPN demo and I thought it was okay. The fanservice sold me on it though.
 
Well mind you, guilty gear x2 wasn't exactly the most polished thing either despite being fun and fast as hell. Reload and slash helped a lot in fixing it. Melty blood has had a lot of work and polish since the first too, so I wouldn't knock it down or call it a step back if phantom is trying for that as it's one of the best right now. If you don't have blazblue then yeah, that should take priority if you can only choose one, but if you had the last version or two it's more of a toss up. At that point just try it out. If you like it, get it.

I have it preordered at my favorite GS, but I was thinking about cancelling it there in favor of preordering it at a closer location so I could attend the midnight release; it looks like I don't need to think about it anymore. ;)

In furtherance of my earlier post, please be aware that what Topware is selling on Amazon is actually a European edition although it is region free so it works on a US Xbox 360. Also, the pirates expansion is not on disc, but is a download code. Overall it's pretty deceptive and I'm not sure why Amazon is selling something that isn't properly packaged for US sale.
 
The first 2 are really valuable (especially the first) and the pre-orders for this one are already selling out sooooo I'm sure you get the picture haha.
 
Do you guys think that FF XIII-2 Collector's Edition version of the game will be hard to find in a couple weeks? I have it pre-ordered at Amazon, but would rather wait a couple weeks (due to fundage ;) if it would still be available..

Its not exclusive from what I have read. I just have some credit over there I have not been using cuz I have so much Amazon credit. :lol:

Oh, and loving the FFXIII-2 CE. Totally excited for tomorrow. Only thing I dislike is how the disk is in that book and doesn't... well, have its own case. D;

Wticher 2 Dark Edition is now listed on Amazon. Unfortunately, it looks like MSRP is $100 so contrary to earlier reports, it's not just GS jacking up the price on this one.

ordered for release date delivery: FFXIII-2 CE and Soul Calibur V CE + their CE guides

now contemplating if i should get the Special Edition of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, don't like the shipping cost.
 
Arrgh I bit also, already had Soul Calibur CE preordered at Bestbuy and I just bought FF XIII-2 thru Amazon with the CE guide. Hoping I could sell the preorder bonus on eBay to cut the total cost a little bit.

I also have Kingdoms of Amalur preorder with GameStop and ME 3 CE. Where am I gonna find time to play all these games. Just don't want to miss out on the CE.
 
A note on the Soul Calibur Collectors Edition, the making of DVD on the PS3 set is acutally a blu-ray, but the 360 version is just a DVD

ugh on the same boat, I'm just a sucker lol the only one I planned to get was Diablo 3 but it looks like I'll be getting a lot more before that's released lol
