Ok now, if they're starting to announce November CE's it's time to announce Skyrim's! I need to know how much money/credit I need to save up!!!!
 
Still waiting on the Batman Arkham City CE info to be released, hopefully sometime around or after E3. On the fence about getting the Uncharted 3 CE though.

Amazon seems to be pulling something shady, I was about to redo my pre order to make sure the lower price change was there, but now the option for release day delivery is gone. I am glad I did not do it.

I figured there would have been a Limited/Special Edition released as they did with RDR, even if it only came with the soundtrack, that would've been sweet!

in for the Uncharted collectors, hella wanted there to be one for 2 that you didnt have to win, to this being announced is great.

Just placed an order in case these are as limited as the 2 earlier games.
I'll cancel down the road if someone else has a better deal or these are in high print.
 
damn exciting for the ME3, but I am very leery about ordering CE's from Amazon..what with their sometimes crappy packaging and all. I'm not too worried yet. Remember, ME 1 CE lingered on clearance at BB for $35 for months after release, and I was able to get ME 2 CE off the shelf normally on launch day, then an extra copy the next day..

ha, yeah, no big deal I guess (well maybe :lol:) I just remember b/c I had bought the vanilla copy and didn't get but 2 hours into it, then months went buy and I saw minty copies on clearance, contemplated it, but this was before I came to CAG, so I really didn't think much of it. I kick myself every once in a while when I think about it now though..

I think token's experience was unusual. I did see a ME2 in the wild but it was at target and spiderwrapped to hell.

I think the ME3 CE will be overproduced but I ordered one anyway.

edit: hmm maybe we should all cancel. 3/6/2012? This is just giving EA the heads up to print too many copies.

Not trying to start anything but are you sure it was a ME1 CE and not one of Best Buy Preorder bonus(es)?

I ask because ME1 CE was a online only limited edition via Gamestop and Amazon and Best Buy did have a special preorder DVD and such.

Anyhow, preorderred ME33 CE (I have the other two) skipping on Uncharted 3 and Space Marine. I'm just not seeing enough in them to justify them.

I'm looking at my Amazon order history and see ME1 CE there. I also remember seeing ME1 CE at BB as well.

Best Buy was where I found my ME1 Collector's Edition too. A few months after release. Pre-ordered ME3 CE for the 360. Thanks for the heads-up guys!

While I am getting the ME3 CE without question....what about all that mega-cool stuff they were talking about for the LE/CE on the Bioware forums? N7 helmet? Normandy replica? I was hoping for some "epic/legendary" options here. I'd drop $150 on a crazy item like that in a heartbeat.

Or just wait another six months or so until the game gets nearer to release to see if they have some kind of EA Store exclusive edition or something along those lines. While I suppose there is no reason not to pre-order on Amazon, it does seem pretty silly to be doing so nine months before the game is scheduled for release.
 
I went ahead and ordered the ME3 CE as all i was waiting for was them to announce it so i could. I have the first 2 in CE so i gotta complete the set. And im a ME whore anyway.

Correct on charging once it ships. How they package it depends on the warehouse. I get most of my games from the Nevada warehouse which means some come in bubble pouches, some come in boxes that are too small or too large, and occasionally some come well cushioned and perfectly packed. If you're ordering something which really will be limited and condition is critical to you, Amazon would not be where I would order from unfortunately based on some very bad experiences I have had recently with that particular warehouse. Of course, your local warehouse might be awesome as some people I know never have a problem.
