It is not the Limited Edition but Amazon is taking pre-orders again for Assassin's Creed III + SteelBook. Along with the SteelBook, you also get two Amazon-exclusive unlockable bonus items, the Boarding Axe single-player weapon and The Captain Of The Aquila single-player character. The codes for the items are e-mailed to you after the game ships.

I missed it the first time but I made sure not to this time. Amazon will cut off pre-orders for the SteelBook when they have reached the amount they have been allotted.
 
I want that George Washington's notebook from the European ACIII editions, but I can't say it's worth $55 to order even the cheapest PC Join or Die edition for $55 just for that. I have the Ubi Workshop edition preordered, and I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with that. There are rumors of a season pass, so if that includes all the DLC, I guess I'll be set.

Also, my Best Buy still had some steelbooks last time I was there a couple of weeks ago.
 
Did anyone happen to order the PC version of Darksiders II collectors edition, but would rather have the PS3 collectors edition... ? I'll trade.

I recently received an e-mail from the NISA Online Store letting me know that an "Inventory Status Bar" have been added to Mugen Souls. Both Mugen Souls - Limited Edition plus Figure Set and Mugen Souls - Limited Edition are at Code Yellow, less than 50% stock remaining. If you need motivation, now is the time to pre-order.

lmao I was going to show you the best comment from that AVGN video but James disabled the comments after people kept bashing the $60 remake price.

About the only good thing is it helps to restore fan made projects of older problematic games. Still a shitty game though.

Gamestop UK has preorders open for Ass Creed III Freedom Edition. They only ship to the UK, but if you have a buddy in the UK that's one last chance to get one!
 
does Last Story come with the soundtrack for Best Buy? I dont see mention of it on their site. I have a copy pre ordered at BB and GS, and am concerned i wont get the soundtrack at BB.

Gamestop definitely has the CD's. In fact they gave me one today when i was in there for some reason, and the xenosaga artbook that i never got when i preorderd it months ago. Gamestop may suck as a company but if your lucky enough to have a local one with cool employees its not too terrible

No. The soundtrack is loose, not part of the first print run promo from what i can tell. Like i said at GS the guy just gave me a soundtrack ahead of time. Plus if you look at the picture you dont see it included

In any marketing I've seen for the soundtrack, only Amazon and Gamestop are ever mentioned. That being said, Newegg says that they'll have the CDs, so it might just be at all major retailers. I thought the same way regarding Persona 4 Arena and still managed to get a soundtrack at BB, though I don't know if Xseed's track record with soundtracks is as well-known as Atlus's.
 
So I'm just now looking at the Borderlands 2 Collectors Editions (both versions). Stuff looks pretty cool. I would assume that this late in the game finding any to pre-order would probably be next to impossible. I'm looking to get the game for PC.

Gamestop still has the Deluxe edition for PC, and it comes with a bonus DLC that Amazon and Best Buy don't get. I wouldn't wait long, because Amazon and Best Buy stopped taking orders for it a few weeks ago.

If you mean the ULCE, ordering now is next to impossible. But if you were on the hunt for Diablo 3 CE last time, you know what to do this time.

I thankfully pre-ordered my Diablo 3 CE 6 months in advance. :D

But the Borderlands 2 I just kinda delayed. I'll probably just wait and see if I can pick up one after the release in the hopes that someone doesn't pick up their pre-order. I'd honestly prefer the Ultimate Loot Chest vs. the Vault Hunter's CE as there is more loot and it looks pretty damn cool. Might keep an eye out too in case something pops up.

My excitement for Borderlands 2 kinda snuck up on me. I knew it was coming but was busy with other things...

Play Asia has a pre-order for the PC Ultimate Loot Chest up for $189.90, but it's the Asian version. I'm not sure how that affects the contents or Steam activation, but if you're really itching for one, that might be your best last bet (outside of profiteers on Amazon/eBay or cancelled orders at release date, but good luck with that). However, Play Asia is not on the official Borderlands 2 Loot Chest vendors list, so I'm not sure if they'll actually get it.

Has anyone got shipping confirmation from amazon on the darksiders 2 special edition with the mask yet? I checked since I had not got my email yet tonight, and it said that I wasn't gonna get it till friday? I emailed amazon and they said that it is "backordered" and the delivery date is an estimate. If I get screwed out of this CE I'm gonna be so fucking pissed, cause I preordered this back in March.

I ordered the PC version at THQ. The tracking was sent on August 2 or 3 but it still in-transit. The other day I received the Bonus Season Pass code.

i preordered mine from best buy. the best buy game case came with a 3D holographic slipcover (on top of the standard lenticular foil cover) that i didnt see in any unboxing videos so i wonder if the thq ones will have the slipcover as well.

If you waited, you waited too long. Amazon is not taking orders for Assassin's Creed III + SteelBook any more. If you already pre-ordered it, do not cancel your order as you may not be able to re-order it.

It looks like the GOTY edition of LBP with a Sackboy plush. If you already have the game and any of the DLC, it's not worth it. You can get a Sackboy by itself if you want one.

Are they any different than the ones GS & BBY have? I know GS is long out but the BBY's in my area still have a ton.
