My guess is that unless you're resetting your DSL/cable modem and getting a new IP every time you use Amazon.com, they can certainly figure out who you are.

Complain enough and you get banned, as you're not a worthwhile customer to them. It's a salting-of-the-earth banning, so don't assume you can escape it.

If you preorder two things from NISA, they will always wait until the last game releases and ship everything together. They've always came through for me, so I don't think you have to worry about them selling your copy. There was a preorder last year that they never did ship me for some reason, but a quick email to their customer service and they sent it out. I also just asked them to change an existing order of two items (to switch out SoSC with Contraband) and they did so without hassle. Their CS is really good from my experience.

Received my Fates SE from Amazon, well packed and came flawless. Mega man and etank were a different story. No game and the statue box was in bad shape. Neither mega man nor the etank light up. I didn't receive the 35 credit that others got. Tried chatting and three agents all only give me a return option.

I had pre-ordered it previously with $40 in RZ cert, but then decided to cancel it and use it towards The Division Gold Edition. Now I just need to wait for that $10 bonus rewards to come in from that preorder to reorder Uncharted 4 with the coin.
