I haven't received mine. I live in California and I also got my shipping notification on 8/29.

I'm hoping it's not due to my address being a PO Box.

Speaking of shipping, UPS has been driving me nuts lately. I don't know about anyone else here, but does UPS knock on your door when they deliver your packages or do they just leave them? They never knock at my door, ever, and of course online you can't leave custom instructions, only pre-selected ones.

Last week my Borderlands 3 and DXM were marked as delivered and they weren't outside so I thought they were delivered to the wrong address... I've had that happen a handful of times this year already so I'm ultra paranoid about it now. Now, if they would have knocked at the door I would have known to run over and retrieve them, but since they didn't they were sitting out there for like an hour and I thought they were stolen or delivered to the wrong address.

Turns out, they went around back and placed them at the back door. First time they have ever done this, and the gate was locked, and the driver unlatched it to go back there, which is why I didn't even bother to check right away I never even thought they'd even try, I went down the street checking other houses first seeing if they left it at the wrong home.

UPS has so much better tracking and customer service than USPS, so overall it's a much better experience, but at least USPS drivers always knock when leaving a package in my experience. And so do Amazon drivers usually.

i got many drivers (ups, usps, fedex) drops my stuff on the 2nd floor instead of my floor. i dont know why they dont read the shipping label. they just see the steps and walk up.

How does this work? Live in United States. Do they charge when paying full amount at time of order or when its released? If they do charge when its release, do they charge the higher amount (currency exchange) and how much does it cost to ship in US? Worried about lost package and the hoops to jump.

This has the steelbook, but dont see the keychain. Is the keychain included inside already?
 
Double dose of bad news from Target... my LAR Dreamer Ed was delayed and my Warcraft 15th Anni CE was canceled.:whistle2:( 

Also got my DxM from Amazon UK... holy fuck it's bad. Super worried about LAR now. 

 
Last time I preordered a CE from Target it was canceled as well. Steered clear of the WoW one on there only because I got lucky and put in an Amazon order.
 
So my local GameStop is closing.
They are moving my Modern Warfare precision edition to a store that’s too far.
I see it’s available online again.

How is GS shipping these days? I’ve ordered big stuff that arrived in boxes but the last time I ordered a smaller collectors edition they stuffed it into envelope and it was damaged to heck. I’m not sure the exact size but the last few CODs with steelbooks were def small

Exact same boat; they're on my shit list now and I won't bother ordering from them again. I fully expect them to cancel the LAR order when they realize they can't backfill this and they oversold. Fail.

 
I got my DXM from Amazon UK yesterday and thankfully it arrived well because the box they used was like a half cm too small so the top flaps kinda had a little bit of a pyramid to it since it couldn't close flat. Definite risk for damage shipping that way.

I don't know if that's just how they ship internationally or if they ship domestically with the same boxes too, because every box I've ever gotten from UK or DE comes crushed and the cardboard just "feels" thinner and less strong, not sure how to describe it.

I order tons of shit every year and I rarely have boxes come crushed, but always from them.

I'm with you on the lower quality cardboard...I don't know what it is but it really feels trash tier.
 
Received d x m CE from amazon.uk in good condition. Glad they don't have burritos big enough for it. Thankfully it was a proper sized box too.

I have an extra LAR Dreamer Edition if anyone needs one for GCU price + shipping, before I return it.  Bought it for myself, but decided to go full digital and forgot to cancel it.

Pretty much the rule of thumb is dont use gamestop for anything unless its clearance 5 dollar shirts or to unload your garbage games on them during some kind of trade in special. I can't reccomend them for anything else.

 
Just got an email from BB saying my Zelda Links Awakening Dreamers Edition is delayed and they hope to get it to me by 10/20. WTF. Ordered the first day it went live.

I noticed a lot of BB stores in my area seem to have stock in store. You may want to switch your order to store pickup to a local store that has it (assuming one does).

I also ordered mine the first hour it went live and it shipped 2 days ago, set to arrive today. Guess they oversold.

IDK man I ordered June 11th and am Elite Plus. Do this kind of sucks, target also cancelled my WoW 15th

I have to go up to the store when they open for my smash amiibo anyway, I'll try to ask if anything can be done.

Best Buy cancelled my Link's Awakening Dreamer pre-order because I had an expired card on file (card expired between pre-order and today)

No problem, except their site to change orders was down for a day and I couldn't go in to update until they cancelled the order :|

It's a shame that our option for pre-orders is Amazon (ships everything in envelopes so they get damaged), Gamestop (cancels orders) or Best Buy.

 
Update: I have now received an e-mail confirming my Dreamer edition has shipped.  Currently no ETA from the tracking number.

I believe they briefly came back in stock for shipping at Best Buy around 1am. I also noticed most of my local stores had stock for pickup at that time, but only 1-2 copies per store.

 
Got a shipping notice for my amazon.uk orders of LA. One should get here Sept 24, the other Oct 4...God I hope they don't come smashed.
 
Idk if it counts as a CE but Best Buy now has a Katamari Prince plush w/ ball that comes with a digital code.  Unfortunately i did not get the sku and it doesnt seem to have a website listing but it was $50 which seems a bit pricy, but not sure if it'll stick around for a price drop since my store only got 1.

Did Best Buy stores receive any LA:DD and/or Amiibos? Ordered both for in store pickup and just got an unavailable at your store email on both. Never seen that one before.

 
Just got back from picking up my smash amiibo.  Asked Best buy employee if there was a way to buy a dreamer edition.  She explained that today was their expected date for them but they haven't arrived yet.  The shipping issue's plaguing online stores seem to have affected the retail stores in my area as well.   Note that this is only for the Dreamer edition, regular versions and amiibo seem to be arriving fine, I saw some link amiibo's in the bins for store pick up.

Just ended up being the most accessible. There are actually pages coming out of the artbook too, so it looks like I was getting unlucky either way. Hopefully it's just me and they didn't end up cheaping out on the thing.

I'm not sure the ability to change your card has ever worked since they added it. It's usually says "self service is down" or lets you do it but never saves anything because the "don't close this window" spinning wheel never goes away. It's easier to just cancel and reorder or call them to change it if something is sold out.
