What does that have to do with anything? lol.

None of my LE 360 consoles stopped looking cool or being desirable when the XB1 came out. My LE 3DS systems weren't suddenly lame once the N3DS came out. It's probably not a great time to buy a PS4 Pro if you don't already have one and are just deciding to get into PS4 stuff, but I can only imagine that category of hypothetical buyer is very, very small. These are collectors items. They continue to be such even as new consoles come out, and they actually become more special with time.

Also, the console looks awesome but the controller has kind of a urine / amniotic fluid thing going. I kind of hate it haha.

Most people aren't even going to find this one aesthetically pleasing.

That's right. The God of War console got a lot of hate. But it still sold out and appreciated. I still remember the folks I sold my spare one to--it was local. They were... interesting. Yes, interesting.

Ellie Edition has Ellie's Steelbook, statue, backpack, bracelet, mini art book, art print, set of stickers,set of enamel pins, logo patch and 7" vinyl record,

CE has everything except the backback, patch and record.

Special edition just has steelbook and mini art book.

Everybody already has a PS4 though.

Anyways why are people insisting that others should want this Death Stranding PS4? There are new LE consoles every single year and this is nothing special.

If people want to buy it for profit then fine. But that's neither really here nor there in regards to purchasing decisions for most people. It's not a 'good purchase' just because you think that it will appreciate in value. That's all speculation anyways. And in one year, no one is going to care about any of these lesser special edition PS4 Pros anyways.

For my part, I'm not trying to say that others need to like it or want it. I'm just saying that it will sell out. It will appreciate in value (sealed, at least). And it will be desirable long term (assuming the game doesn't flop, of course).

The market for older LE systems for games and series that are well liked (and this is a Kojima game, remember) are very strong for the most part. It's always impressive to see mint, CIB LE systems in a collection. And they become more special with time, as ones in that condition become far less common.

I'm waiting on Gamestop for either the Ellie Edition or Collector's Edition. Would love to pre-order in store so if anyone does please let us know when in-store orders are live.

Holy shit I finally got an order for Link's Aawaking LE in at Amazon France.  Finally after about 60 days of multiple refreshes several times per day at all five euro Amazons.  Came out to $112. 

Last week it was in stock multiple times at Italy and Germany but you couldn't get an order shipped to the US.
