Hey everyone, since we actually have a little money now and we didn't on my birthday, my wonderful wife has decided to get me a late birthday present.
Unfortunately Star Ocean is region coded, but I can get the asian version from Play Asia.
But, me being the true CAG I am, I can't grab it without one of the $5 off coupons (so she can get cherry candy filler as well.), but I have no codes and the thread has failed me.
So, if anyone can spare a code, please PM me so I can get Star Ocean 4 soon!

I have to wait until morning to get RE5. Last time I pre-order anything at the crappy mall GameStop. I'll go to the one down the street next time.
 
Too bad SO is locked, I just got it and Fable 2, chances are I'll finish both within two or three weeks (Stupid school projects due...) and need to get rid of em.

dv8, I don't know how much you need those various Mighty Muggs on your want list, but every store in town has the Transformers ones in stock.

EDIT: Target also had several of the Yoda ones.

tlp - Only Shady has been looking for those and apparently the TF ones are not available in his area. So, I NEED them! :lol: And the Yoda is my wife's only request for a MM, so it's a high want as well.

So, funny story about these. I have little to no understanding of Mighty Muggs and no interest in the apparent phenomenon they have incited. Anyway, I dropped my wife and daughter off at Disney on Ice earlier today and my 5 month old boy and I went to TRU and Target.

I always like to glance through the G.I. Joe, TMNT, and Transformers figures and thus see the Mighty Muggs. Both stores were loaded with them - 3 or 4 of each figure. Target had a massive end cap filled with Star Wars Muggs.

I stopped by a different Target this evening and it looked like the place had been hit with a landmine. Toys were all over the place. The Star Wars endcap that had been there last week was completely gone. They had a Duke, a Cobra Commander, and two Bumble Bees.

So then I went to TRU and I'll be damned if the Muggs hadn't been raided there as well. I snagged the last Prime and Soundwave and an Altair Rabbid (wee!).

I can keep my eyes out for StarScream. I'm sure he'll show up again soon. I had no idea how popular these things are.

EDIT: I also found this at TRU.

tlp, can you pick up a Yoda for me? I'd much appreciate it.

Also, sorry, DV. I was going to tell you that I was shit out of luck around here. Absolutely nowhere.

Me either, what's the appeal for the MightyMugs for you dv8? Collection purposes or do you use them for something?
 
Oh yeah, tlp, did you happen to see Venom or Darth Maul? I could totally dig those.

Also, the appeal is anywhere between collecting or just plain badass. :cool:

I'll have to try the Target I went to earlier today again and hunt through the Star Wars MM they had. I know I've seen both Yoda and Darth Maul. I have not seen Venom, but there are very, very few Marvel Muggs around (I've seen Silver Surfer, Galactus, and Spiderman).

DV, my town is straight up cleaned out of TF Muggs. I swear every store I've been to this week didn't have anything but an empty shelf with the damn sticker price on it. I'll see about shipping out your stuff on Monday. I'll let you know when I get Lunar 2.

I don't have any amazing reason for wanting them. They just seem pretty cool to me and I have a shelf (in my earlier picture) that I don't have anything to put on and I thought a big vertical row of Mighty Muggs would be fun!

Hopefully you can find that Yoda sometime so Ai doesn't think that I'm trying to get all of "mine" and not "hers". LOL

Shady - Wouldn't it be best to wait until your Lunar2 comes in so you can ship it all? We also have not lined everything up yet, so I don't know what I need to send you! PM me buddy.

So-so deal on the W@W rmb. You should have picked up something else worth more. K-mart is having W@W on sale for PS3 for $30 starting today. Can you say, Walmart price match? I'd say take it back and get another copy of SF IV or KZ2 to eBay/ trade.

IMO, since this is CAG I'll make that suggestion for you. =)
