My command of the Spectator Class has improved greatly, no longer dead or dead last. Hover & a head shot on any reds were insta gib.yea you were definitely keeping up on the scoreboard towards the end of the night

I am farming the crap out of my strike teams, now up to three of them.
Don't be afraid to give your level 18 team a shot at that 50% Gold mission. I have failed at least 2 Gold missions with my current level 20 team when they were at 18, and never got any bad traits. I was worried about that too, but I made three squads. My two A-Teams go on bronze/silver missions and always succeed. The piece of equipment you buy for your strike team is permanent to that strike team. If you buy that same team another piece of equipment then the one they previously held will disappear. You will then have to buy it again if you want to use it on another team.

What level are you guys playing on? I'm playing on normal for the first time through and it hasn't seemed too bad. I've died a couple of times, but it was....um....1d10t user errors with me walking off cliffs and stuff. I wanted to enjoy the story the first time through and not feel the frustration. If you are enjoying the game, no shame in dropping the difficulty level. I've done it with Dragon Age Origins and Inquisition (stupid DLC boss...grrrr).I picked up the Nomad and ran into Peebee on Eos. Peebee does give a bit of the Sera vibe from DA: I, though that's just on first meeting.
Did the second Remnant tower on Eos and the bots there repeatedly kicked my ass. Not sure what I was doing on, though it was approaching rage-quit levels being gang-banged repeatedly by all of them. Decided to change it up a bit, so sat up on one of the hill outcoppings outside the tower area and picked off all of the Remnant bots with a Widow sniper rifle. Went back to the forward outpost to rearm and re-up my life support, then headed back to the tower. Found the Remnant bots had come back.
On to the third tower shortly.
I'm playing on Hardcore, which is why I assume I'm getting gangbanged by the Remnant bots in that area. I don't want to drop the difficulty level, as I'd like to get the cheevo for doing Hardcore on my first playthrough. The Kett at the bit where you meet up with Cora was kicking my ass repeatedly until I worked through the issue, though I was level 1. Right now, the Remnant bots were that issue this time around, since that area didn't have a great option for a good place to defend with only one access path as it was a big open area. So, I went and changed the rules. The Kett that showed up afterwards in that area weren't an issue.
Because we only play games for the achievements? ; P
Yeah well personally, I usually go on normal but since I'm a Mass Effect vet, I wanted to go on Hardcore and have a challenging yet fun time. It really makes you stop and think at times, however that said it usually happens after I die and that's when I stop and think ohh hmm that was dumb.
You can get that achievement from doing 5 Gold extractions too, which seems a lot easier and less time consuming (whenever the multiplayer starts working better)
Play single player until all this blows over.
Last night in particular was really bad for MP. I had been getting a random disconnect here and there since launch but last night I had multiple in a row and I kept disconnecting from the ME servers entirely. Really a bummer when you waste all that time on a gold mission only to be ripped from it minutes from completion. Womp womp.
Matchmaking is terrible when hosting solo or with two people. The queue is non-existent. At least it works fine when your hosting with three people.
My Chrome errored out on trying to get this, though IE worked for some odd reason.

After a major cutscene, the game pretends to be loading to the next section, but it will remain on a black screen while the bottom right icon simulates a loading animation. I purposely left it like that to see whether I had to restart or if it was just an exceptionally long loading time, and it went on for 30 minutes before I just decided to restart the system.

I got that one real quick playing the Human Adept via the classic Singularity & Shockwave combo.
If I can get back some of the ME:3 MP classes & weapons, I'd allow my fem shep to succumb.
