OK I know this is probably in the wrong thread ...... but since im leaving from the San Diego area going to Los Angeles here is my question
like 15 years ago my friends and I would look in the back of EGM and Gamepro magazines and see ADs for video game stores ( die hard , games express , game dude .......) in the Los Angeles area .......and made a few treks up to the stores ....well it has been a while over 10 years since and wonder if any of those stores are still around or if anyone has some good stores that carry used video games and / or Japanese imports ( japan video games ) we plan on going up past hollywood
so if anyone knows any place between San Diego and there please pass along your spots and if its on the way we will try and stop and check it out
You definately want to check out "Games for Less" in the Anahiem area. It's the independent game store and they have a lot of retro to current gen games as well. I thought it was great. It's like girls finding a handbag mecca except it's just video games.

They have 2 other locations, but that's the one I went to. There's also a Gamestop around the area. When you take the 5 North, take the Harbor Blvd exit, take the direction away from Disneyland, when you pass the 95 (or 90-something) freeway, you're getting close. I believe it should be on your left side of the road. You can't miss it.
