Official Sears Clearance Thread II - post Sears finds/deals here
One of the easiest ways is to look the item up on half.com, then copy the code and enter it here. Then you can just print out a whole sheet of them.
How do you guys get the codes on the same sheet? The only way I have been able to do it is to save them as pics (which is too much effort. It takes me like 5 minutes a code). It seems copy paste does not work.

Word or Photoshop or Omnigraffle if you're frisky.

I find that Word works the best, I tried to use Paint and just do printscreens, but the barcodes got distorted during printing. Word keeps everything scale and scanable.

They're not always marked correctly, so you may want to scan them.

Cookeville, TN Sears is out of everything except:

:ps3:Bakugan Battle Brawlers
:ps3:Guitar Hero Smash Hits
:ps3:Guitar Hero World Tour

All are $4.97.

I did manage to find Far Cry 2 for 9.97, which may not be a great deal, but its not bad.
Why does everyone want a copt of Muramsa? for flipping purposes ;)?
No Actually I want to play one but knowing its $5 out there I cant pay retail for it...

Yeah, I like the art style in Muramasa and the gameplay looks fun.

That aside, now that I do have it, you jump by pressing up, instead of say, the A button.

It's so damn confusing to me. >
Why does everyone want a copt of Muramsa? for flipping purposes ;)?
I want to play it. $5 is an awesome price for what seems to be an awesome game.

I stopped by 2 Sears today. At one I got Xbox360 Call of duty 2 for $4.97. At another I picked up Ps3 Major League baseball 2K9 for $2.97 and Wii Sherk the Third for $2.97.

scored

2 lego rock band ps3 $5 each
1 brutal legend ps3 $9.99

was going to wait until brutal legend dropped to $5 but they were running out of copies. at least trading in the legos (tiv $10 each) drops brutal legend to free. yay tim schafer!

from now on, my new plan, well, once I find a summer job, is to screw trying to find deals, but look clearance and start doing what you guys do....buy EVERY single copy of EVERY single cheapo game and just flip it. I am not really interested in flipping, even though i have done that at the BBV b1g1, but, everytime I go to a clearance store some schmuck buys out every single good game...I am in CT for the summers btw.

$4.97
Pokemon Stylus
Nintendo Stylus
Littlest Pet Shop Character Stylus

I bought :

A Boy and His Blob (x2) $4.97
Loco Roco 2 (x1) $2.97

I did not buy any. I saw that they were on clearance and did not remember seeing it posted on this website.

That's what ya gotta do. After all, you have a pretty lenient return period from Sears and within that time frame the games could drop in price again, so then you could get all those games cheaper still.;)

Next month I'm ALMOST contemplating a little road tripping (nothing too far away, 4/hr at most each way). Get up at 4am, drive out to the farthest batch of sears (searses... searsesses... searez?), and work my way back. It'd be one heck of a trip to pull off, and I don't think I'll do it, but the thought of it sounds fun. At least the payout part does.

My wife almost killed me this month because I spent $242 on clearence items, but I had to spend it out of our budget and will reimburse ourselves when the money comes back in from trades. Sadly I don't get to spend too much of it because she already let me know that if I want to do it again next month, I have to use my profit from this month as "seed money". Sad panda. :cold:

I've been looking for a copy to own even though I don't have a Wii yet. I was a fan of Princess Crown and Odin Sphere, so Muramasa would be one of the first games I'd love to get. At $5 that can't be beat.

Maybe you should buy a pair when the flip money comes in.

Is that the older "Call of Duty 2" title or the newer game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" title?
Is that the older "Call of Duty 2" title or the newer game "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" title?
I'm sure it's Call of Duty 2. MW2 has never been on clearance, and I'm sure he would have mentioned MW in the title if it was.

Got WET for the 360 at a decent $10 price.

Why does everyone want a price check? Are the prices lower than what they say on the stickers?

Because last month I found 4 metroid prime trilogys for $10 when the sticker in the glass case said $59.99.

... There were 5 0r so games I wanted but didn't take a second look at because they were overpriced. Jesus, I need to go back there.

yea, I need to join in on this sears hunt, wanting loco roco and metroid, same as everyone...we should somehow find a way to gather up all the prices and games on clearance, just an idea for the next one. Because the OP is older titles that are from past clearances. But than again, scanning yourself adds to the whole hunt factor, haha.

Visited Sears in Beaverton, OR today. Whole lot of nothin going on. Only game I saw I was even curious about, Ninja Gaiden II, scanned as 19.99. I put it back.

I've done ok lately in AZ... all 4.97...
4x PS3 Bakugan (kept a few to regift to cousins)
1x PS3 FarCry2
1x PS3 Lego:RockBand
1x NDs Rock Revolution for 1.97
they had some decent Wi titles like Boy and his blob and wario shake it, but no metroid prime trilogy :/

The really sick part of when I first joined CAG and started wholeheartedly hunting for deals wasn't the fact that I found a TON of amazing deals(PSone/LCD screen for $15 on clearance from my closest Kmart is still my best to date), it was that I actually knew my way around tons of towns outside of my own area better than some of the locals and better than I know my way around my own hometown.

Then again, I don't know if that's scary....or just sad. I literally knew which exit to take to get to each store in each area and how long of a trip each one was from each other.

My 'route' extended at least 2 hours in each direction from my hometown.

Please help a fellow CAGer. Which Store locations have you visited and did they have multiple copies of the clearance games you found? I am going to some in Maryland and don't want to waste time and gas on stores that don't have any clearance games left. Thanks.
One more round:

PS3
Wolfenstein
Wet
Bakugan

All $4.97
You already asked once and that was one too many.

Members will post locations if they choose to, most do not as within hours, all stock is usually wiped out and it becomes next to impossible to find anything in the future.

You have the option to privately pm any member and ask the location... and who knows, you might receive a reply that helps you...

2004? sheesh .... surprising ...

Wow, that's alot of money to spend on clearance games.

I'm not sure if this is company wide or just a fluke at my local store, but I just picked up A Boy and his Blob at Sears for $4.97 out of a clearance bin.

The sears website still says $18.48

That may be the only time these words were used and it wasn't for a sexual joke.
