how can people tell that theres nothing so fast? also, i notice considerable lag in refresh once the word update is posted here, heh.
 
I took advantage of the BUY3GET1 and ordered a few of MvC 2, for the PS2. They fetch for a ton on ebay! Just got them for an average of 37.00 a piece.
They are still in stock, so it's all good.

The BuY3GET1 saved for 110.00 plus the 10% saved me another 40.00 haha. Not too bad

Btw, when the list is getting updated I notice that a lot of Dreamcast titles stock in for like 1.99 or something like that but when you add it to your cart its back at 4.99, any idea why this happens?

Far too many "wasted" morning spent pouring over this site, that's how. Also, sometimes there's just nothing for you (when you've already bought so many of the things you're looking for and only need the rare stuff), and sometimes (LIKE THIS WEEK IT SEEMS!!) there's just not much that looks new.

4 of them runs 142.97 before tax or around 148 after... they fetch around 40-50 on low end.... so 160-200 so your looking at profit of 12-50 bucks?? sort of a major risk

risking 150 bucks in hopes you turn 200 bucks not really worth it if you ask me

Yeah, its one of those things that you get a "feel" for . . . a weak update might still mean that someone gets a game thay wanted or a hoarder picks up a bunch of prized games for personal gain did someone actually buy 4 MvC to sell on ebay or was he just fucking with us???

Also:
I think stuff appears in the moment of update at goofy prices and phantom games that you can't order also appear. So, people think it was in stock but it wasn't.
 
Wizardry and La Pucelle were both briefly in stock.

Not a huge day for the rare stuff, and nothing for me, but at least there was something.

Especially if other CAGers are trying to pick up the games. I don't even try for Suikoden II or Gitaroo Man because I already have them and I know there are other CAGers eager to try them out (the more who get to experience Gitaroo Man the better). But then again, if it's an item that is always in stock I could see someone doing that. That's just me, though.
 
Must be a lot of people grabbing 4 copies of Marvel vs capcom There are now only 2 copies left. remember people Flooding ebay with the games drops their vaule. there were a few that closed under 50

i think even if you have it its best to grab it so you can either sell it or trade it to another cag. Its better for a Cag who has it to buy it then have someone just looking to resell it on ebay

Ebay is a risk reward thing.

If you play it right, you can cut your odds of losing down, but it takes some doing... He should be able to turn a gross profit of about $15 per. (He should be able to sell for $50 each if he does it right. Some more, others less.) But the big kicker is their fees. He is going to lose around $5 per. Which cuts the profit down to $10. Then he has to worry about his time for getting the items up, time for shipping, ebayers bailing on him etc.

All in all, it is not worth it for less than $10 per.

That being said, I will buy them (or anything) if a CAGer wants them.

They fetch around $40 sealed, opened only get about $30-$35 so you probably break even after fees
 
another day another blah update. at least i didnt spend anything. Almost grabbed another tactics ogre to toss up here for trades but passed. 31 bucks for disc only is freaking insane

well 2 days gone this week . i think this week will all be bleh... I just hope my gamestop games i have coming this week Really come if so then it will rock..... sadly missing the Megadeth concert thursday my freaking ankle is too messed up

I had a $5 copy and got $13.33 in credit for it during the PSP game deal . . . promised myself I would rebuy it later . . . $5.50 profit, is that enough to take back this piece of crap?

I'm still resisting Sprung as well . . . I don't have time for the good games I own . . . what's the point of getting bad ones? (even if they are cheap)
