Cool! I'll have to check that out. I also picked up MM3 today at my B&M EB thanks to this :D
Not only that - but since I saw the other thread that said 50% Off starting this friday - I searched through their NES and SNES pile and set aside some gems which I was surprised to see

Chrono Trigger(SNES) - Lufia(SNES) - Megaman 5(NES)

with the %50 it'll all end up costing about 40 for the three ^_^
 
What is this sale exactly? ebgames.com will just drop all NES, SNES, Genesis, etc titles by 50% on Friday? :eek:

Edit, oh, is it B&M only? I didn't even think the B&M stores even sold anything older than PS1 and N64? At least, the ones around Dallas TX don't seem to...

This has nothing to do with EBgames, but I am not creating a new post for this. I've been checking EB for a while and have been unsuccessful in finding Tekken 5 and Gran Turismo 4, and I went in to BBV tonight and they had two copies of them! I picked up two Tekken 5s, and a GT4 for $30 because of their B2G1F sale. I don't even think EB could ever top that. Not too shabby. I wasn't aware BBV even had those new of games preowned. I guess I will mark them off my EB want list now...

Gamefly.com has gran turismo 4 for 27.99 before shipping, if you're a member it's free. Still a good deal though.

man that update was early i barely made it got up 2mins before update. Too bad they didnt have tons of good stuff thought. Picked up dragon valor and hope it comes complete a used game shop has this game at top level and it has another game i want what is top

Dragon valor around 6,40 after coupons + 9 trade fee = around 16 for a game that i want not that bad of find

yea it was kind of weak but the update was very early so had to be happy for that. And picked up BATTLE HUNTER FOR 2.40 woo i know the game probally sucks but wanted to try it.

No, that was a 3rd party monitor, this is the sony brand one

My 1st party Sony PSone monitor I received from ebgames.com was in perfect, mint condition. :D

So, has anyone ever had a backorder *successfully* ship? People have commented previously about "new" stock of used items being put up for sale, instead of being used to fill their outstanding order. (Though in such a real-time system, it's weird that backorders exist at all...) It's only been like 12 days since I placed the order, but I don't know whether there's hope for the last item to ship...
 
When does the update usually happen?

I've got 8:30 classes in my schedule for next semester...and if it happens around seven (which it seems to be), then I'll be set to be one of the first people to see it. :)
