But um...I'm not sure I encountered the same issue too
 
If there's a problem with connecting then it's probably your routers or something not allowing each other to connect. Check to see if it happens in other games too. If it's just this game then I have no clue what it could be. I haven't had voice chat problems though, but I'm sure that and the connection problems go hand in hand.
 
Hey guys put me down for tonight. I probably wont be on til around 12 or 1 cent time some hopefully some of you guys are still on. I'm going to DL Ch.2 when I get home. As for you X if you're playing I'll just have to direct connect and that shouldn't be a problem at that time of night. Let me know if any of you guys will still be on.

Awesome guys. Yeah, Franky, I'll be on from 10-11 all the way til about 2-3 central. And I'll try and host it, but if someone signs on before then with a group then I will join, it doesn't matter.

Its almost 6:30 (Pacific) and I'm about to jump on and test out this new Chapter 2 stuff in about 15 minutes if anyone wants to join me.
 
sorry guys I said I would be on, but a suprise camping trip cam up.

Anyways it is now 8:30 pacific and I may be on in about half an hour. I still need to take a shower and get all this camping grime off of me, also I want to get the shower in before my sunburn starts hurting.

The Campaign maps are really good but I am seriously pissed that they didn't include Achievment points for the new content.

I think you can go to mutiplayer and do a local play and just play through the campaigns yourself. However they are not easy and would be pretty tough to get through on your own.
 
OP, if you could add me to that list of people who have Chapter 2 that would be great. I'm going to add the people on the list, hopefully everyone will do the same. I haven't had the chance to play it much, but so far it's awesome.

Some of you make no sense. $400 isn't too expensive for a console, but $15 for some downloadable content is.

What the hell do you know about this site? CheapAssGamer is referring to finding the best deals around town and not having to pay full price for games. It DOES NOT mean you have to whine and complain about prices (especially for downloadable content, a clear sign that they are trying to improve the game and care about keeping the GRAW fans happy). Not one person have I ran into who got this download has complained about it, they love it. Hell, a bunch of us CAGs spent hours on it yesterday..hours not spent on games like games like Oblivion and Call of Duty 2, some of the leading X360 games. The new Co-op maps and the Team Battle mode make this extra content well worth it. It's not TightWadGamer, and I doubt the content will be free anytime soon (if ever..it says nothing about waiting til a date for it to be free so I have no idea where you're getting that idea from).

We'll try a new host tonight and see if there is any difference. What time are you guys gonna be on tonight? I'll be there probably from 8pm ~ on (central). If we get bored of doing missions or Defend, we can also try out that Team Battle mode, it's pretty awesome and brings a whole new element to the game.

If you're using a wireless router, try resetting it (by turning it off, then turning it back on). I was having connection problems as well, but this worked for me. Hope this helps.

I'll host, I normally don't have problems with my connection, not bragging or anything. But I won't be on until around 10:30PM EST.
 
I'll try to be on. My work/social life tends to get in the way of me gaming life most of the time. Plenty of games, just never enough time :bomb:

No, they must have added something that doesn't allow non-dl content players to play in a server that has the updated content.

After a long struggle to get pimpin into the room last night, it looks like we finally solved some problems with connection. Let's see if we can get Jimmie, ryles, Trakan, Brak, and pimpin in tonight in some Co-op missions (or at least most of those guys). Anyone else is certainly welcome to join. Oh, and Trakan I still owe you an hour long Hamburger Hill match :cool:

OOOhh, yeah I've been meaning to try to get that achievement. I'm down for trying to get it; still need to finish some of those co-op missions. I honestly don't know how that one works. Like if you have to be on the same server for 8 hours? Does anyone know that has gotten this achievement?
 
Yeah me and Trakan were going to get a whole group of us to get it at once. I know me and him are down, and now you, is anyone else? What we are gonna do is open up a room and set a minute or so auto-launch timer and make the rounds last an hour and just leave our 360s on all night. We will probably do this either tonight or tomorrow night, if anyone wants to jump on board (I recommend less than 8 for drop-out reasons) then PM one of us, post in here, or send one of us a message.

Well there's always the random booting we get in some rooms, I'm down if you wanna play that long (at least until the CoD2 pack comes out today). Also, if you want to get the helicopter achievement, I can work you into me and Trakan's little scheme ;)
