English is easily the worst class in college.

I hated it so much I held off taking my 2nd semester freshman english course until my final semester of college.
I have nothing to eat for breakfast. :/
now that i have an appetite again, i had pierogies sautéed with onions, french toast and vegan sausage.

How do you have that much energy in the morning? I like my breakfasts to be ready as quick and easy as possible.

I just made up myself a huge batch of oatmeal. So I guess that will last me a few days.

Budge, do you have a meal plan?

My English 2(that I took final semester) prof in college was an RA at Kent State during the Guard shootings.

It was really sad when he asked the class if they knew anything about the massacre, and I was the only one to raise my hand.

I'm pretty sure that and my knowledge of Blade Runner are the only reasons he gave me an A, as all of my papers were terrible.

I do, but it only will pay for about one meal a day, and the breakfasts are kind of a rip off. They are not very good, and they are expensive.

Neg- statistics is easily the worst and is mind numbingly boring.

So we can look forward to more of your peculiar food pairings?

fuck you.

I liked statistics, and I work with statistics every day.

You pay per meal budge? That's lame as shit.

There are only 2 ways I've ever heard of colleges doing meal plans:

1) All-you-can-eat (you get so many meals per week)
2) A la carte (you pay per item)

My school is the 1st, which is great since live-in staff get 19 meals a week as part of our comp.

Agreed, english isn't that bad, not my favorite but far from the worst.

my college had 3 meal plans
1) 19 meals/week
2) 15 meals/week plus $50/semester ala carte to use in the cafe (cafeteria was $7.25 if you went over 15 meals)
3) 10 meals/week plus $150/semester ala carte.

Both the Univ. and Inst. I attended had an on campus Chick-fil-a's as part of the meal plan. So many chicken biscuits eaten, without even an ounce of remorse. They didn't stand a chance.
I like how brak just ignores me on steam nowadays.
That's probably because he hasn't been playing...he was using the Idler for a while.

That sounds very similar to what my university uses.

Once you're upperclass, you have the option of switching to 50/100/200/etc meals per semester and using them whenever you want. A lot of people prefer that so they go when they're too busy to cook.

The staff at least gets $150/semester ala carte too. We can use it a lot of places. Qdoba, Wendys, Uno's, a lot of the local 24 hour convience store, etc.

the school i went to was extremely small so the ala carte was only good at the 1 cafe in the administration building. there was only 1 cafeteria.

There's a Cleveland theater that will be showing 9 of Fellini's films between November and December. I'd like to go to one of them.

Ah, we had 2 when I went here, and a 3rd just opened which is actually bigger than the other 2 combined.

I wish things like that occurred anywhere near me.

I think the vocalist will either make or break 'em for you, Woohoo. Give 'em a shot (if you want to hear some of their songs, I'd recommend Rain On and Military Madness).

Ladles and Jelly spoons .. I just flew in from my doorm room and boy are my arms tired!

Listening to "Rain On"...

This is some nice stuff musically, but yeah the vocalist might take some getting used to. Not a terrible voice, reminds me of a higher-pitched Neil Young for some reason.

Cleveland is the saving grace of Ohio.

Gotta take the car down the street to get new brakes. Wonder if I should walk back or have Frosty pick me up since I'm sick...

Maklershed is going to be really pist! in a couple of hours. :| :| :|

Are they showing Satyricon, rabbitt? You should definitely make that one your priority if the are.
