Should I pull the trigger? The only one I'm iffy on is Boondock Saints, but $7 for it on Blu-Ray isn't bad even if I didn't like the film that much.

Looks good, zewone. I'm a little pissed off I submitted my order before Mojimbo posted that TWBB deal.

Have you listened to the new Felt album yet?

Boondocks and Fight Club is a combo deal, and TG, TB, TU is part of the 'Up to 60% off sale'.

Professional just came out, and TWBB is just a price reduction

I barely got a chance to last night.

Oh my God, it's so goddamn good.

I ordered Fight Club a few days ago, and I just ordered There Will Be Blood. The former should be here today.

I really didn't like The Boondock Saints, and I don't want it in my collection. Besides, last time I checked, it was on Instant Watch.

Boondock Saints is okay. I still have yet to see There Will Be Blood, and I need to pick up The Professional. I did buy Fight Club.. the movie looks and sounds better than ever, especially the airplane scene!

I really want to pull the trigger on some of these BR movies but I know I wont have time to watch them. Latest one I watched was Watchmen and I've gotten at least 7-8 movies since then.

fuck, $10 for TWBB is really tempting though.

It really is. I didn't think there was any chance that I'd like it more than the second one, but this one comes damn close. I like how both Slug and Murs are both out of their element a little bit rhyming over Aesop's beats, but they do extremely well operating out of their comfort zone. It also fits this time of year compared to the other two, if that makes any sense. I'd say "Felt Chewed Up", "Permanent Standby", and "She Sonnet" are the strongest tracks.

My grandma just made the most awesome pork chops that I've ever had. I asked her if she did something different and it turns out she got a huge pork roast and cut it up herself. Killer.

Got my Barnes and Noble Criterion DVDs, today...

Kinda feel like watching Blood for Dracula, though. :whistle2:k

Well I talked to the HR lady and she said she just gave me the two days I was off last week. So it looks like I got a free $125 for not working and playing COD all day. Very nice.

Also I will be getting ~$8 for the mileage (14 miles) I drove today to Staples to pick up some Ink Stamp Pads they needed on the production sort line.
Think I'm gonna like this Amazon Trade-In program.
It's pretty solid. Wish I would hold onto credit a bit longer though.

I wonder how often they run trade-in promotions? Would be nice to get a 10 or 20 percent bump from time to time.

looking for some work while i wait on this JET thing. driver assistant for UPS sounds like good stuff, but of course the closest opening is seattle. i'd really prefer not to do retail, but should be easy at this time of year if i can't find anything else.

Probably. I'm looking to pick one up to put OSX on it, and from what I've read, the best ones to use are the Dell Mini's and the HP Mini's. I figured this was a decent place to ask - it's not really going to be used for anything more than surfing the web, iTunes, and the occasional notetaking in class. I've got the workhorse Macbook Pro at home to do anything major on.
I just called Walmart, and they said there's no way I can get the $40 giftcard for the DJ Hero bundle I bought last week. :whistle2:|
Buy and return.

Bought the first one with giftcard.

Buying the second one to get another giftcard won't work, because he'll be out $120. Returning the second with the first receipt doesn't work either because he'll get the money back on a giftcard (and still be out the $120 cash).

I think you'd actually have to buy a THIRD bundle using the returned giftcard from the first, and return that one using the second receipt to get your cash back. So much work.

dude how serendipitous I was bored during a power outage and watched Boondock Saints on laptop two days ago. ah good fun times.
