Just watched House of 1000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects. So good. I'd really like to watch Devil's Rejects with director's commentary sometime.

I saw some amazing bands tonight. There was damn near a fight between the scrams kids from tejas and all the local hardcore kids. :D

Had to leave the show at 11:30 because of my stupid restricted license :/

Just three more weeks and I can drive without all those damn rules.

So I looked up the Andre the Giant movie that Matthew McGrory was set to star in before he died and apparently it was released two years ago and was terrible.

That's really disappointing.

The best commentary ever is the one on talladega nights where they are basically ad-libing the whole time. John C Riley talking about how his army is at war with Ted Nugent's army for controls of the island of michigan is classic in my book.
I don't know, DS has been hit or miss with me... though yeah I agree...

to be honest most of the games I tend to have more fun with and spend more time with are on my portables. It's weird too because portables seem like they really are populated with alot of JRPG...

don't know if that's good or bad.

2 for 1 at shirt.woot.com right now. Probably won't last too long. Decent shirts, though.
so sad I missed it because I would have liked both of them.
Maybe they'll do two for 15 tomorrow for them. Hopefully.

I think I ultimately failed a class by skipping it to see Narc in theatres.
Ok, so I started working as a professional recently, and I have opted to donate part of my paycheck to Child's Play each pay period, before taxes kick in.

As a result, I donate $9.81 every two weeks to Child's Play. As a CAG, would it be possible to provide evidence of these donations in order to garner tickets for the raffle we hold each year?

I could simply cease the donations and donate the 52-week equivalent each year through the CAG tracker, but donating the money before taxes and 401k take their cuts does add up (About $260/year compared to $170/year).

As such, I'm interested in some feedback. I don't know whether or not I could effectively prove the amount donated in time for the raffle without showing each pay stub, but I can prove it for the following year when the total donated amount for that year is used for my taxes.

I threw in my two cents in that thread.

Get it? Two cents?

Dance, my tentacle-y minions. Dance.

I wonder if anyone has ever watched porn at a funeral... :whistle2:k

Also, I really, really want inFamous.

I wonder if I have any shit I can trade in... :whistle2:k

Not bad.

I gotta figure out a way to get it sans money, though. :bomb:

Anyone in the Arlington, VA want a 3+ way (CAG meet-up) early today or sometime manana? It could probably be arranged.

BalderMak -- If you're up for it, we could probably divert on our way through PA tomorrow... you can try stealing the beagle-dacschund. ;)

Is Mass Effect LE hard to come by or something? A dude has it on his tradelist for $43 shipped.

One more reason for you to say Sacred stinks Brak.

GameFly isn't notifying me that they got it. :/

I love how my new internet is twice as fast as the old one :]

I love the hotshotx post. I could so go to his house with a van full of friends and fuck his world up. Now someone who's traded with him give me his address.

He's a rocket scientist, though. He'll blast you with a rocket, or something.

Also, he has a hot girlfriend.

Did I mention he's a rocket scientist?

Did I mention that he has a hot girlfriend?

... I think I forgot to mention that he's a rocket scientist.

Oh! Did you know that he has a hot girlfriend?

I like how, in actuality, his girlfriend is a plain jane.

This is your punishment for renting it.

Stern, I know... but I think you've learned your lesson.
I wish they didn't have those shitty dog tags in Wolverine so I could get 1000/1000. :/
Any game with bullshit collectibles and achievements for finding them should do something a la Gears 2 or LEGO Star Wars and tell you how many you've found in each chapter. I don't think there's a statistics section like that in the game -- only overall progress towards achievements like L4D and Gears 2 (which is also welcome, but not entirely enough).

I was sick enough of the game that I really really doubt I'll ever play through on hard...

(though if you're playing through on hard, you might as well follow a collectible FAQ from gamefaqs or something, since you could probably use the experience (I think that your skills/experience/etc. all reset when you play on hard since you have to start a new game... at least I think that's how it was set up.)

Jesus christ I was tired last night. Fell asleep in my computer chair, and didn't even have the energy to take off my clothes when I woke up and crawled into bed.
