Phoenix Wright 3 on the way!!!
i personally thought the last case in GS2 dragged on WAAAAAAAY too long, last case of GS1 was much better :)
It took me about 3 weeks to beat the last case, it was the case that never ended. I got it on launch day and just beat it last week

I still loved PW2 but it seemed that it wasn't as "original" as the first. It seemed like every case was nothing more then a recycled case from PW1.
Double confirmed: http://www.gamespot.com/pages/news/story.php?sid=6169040&part=rss&tag=gs_ds&subj=6169040
I can't believe this is the first time I heard about it being officially confirmed, on top of that a September date :bouncy: !

the Japanese version has apparently leaked out.

..with an english option.

Time to order from Play-Asia!!! I can't wait another two months to play this.. must import!

It's no secret that I have OCD about collecting. You know that I'll end up getting the US version of T&T. It wouldn't be the first game that I had import and local copies of (I have Shenmue Jap, Shenmue US, Shenmue US LE, Shenmue 2 XB, Shenmue 2 DC UK Import)

But maigoyume is on my list.

in my defense i had originally imported the first one during the great PW drought and wanting to keep the boxart and label consistent i imported the 2nd and 3rd as well

Edit: i've also been looking for GS1 LE and saving up to buy GS4 LE, but those are way outta my budget for this month, i'm a sucker for LE stuff
Damn, september is looking mighty fine now.
It has been delayed to October 23, 2007.

Hopefully we will get a nice pre-order bonus with it, Japan is getting four special insert covers:

I can't wait :(

Yep, I'm importing too. In fact, play-asia shipped my game yesterday! I wasn't going to do it, but when I heard about the delay, I decided I couldn't wait.

I cannot wait for this game to be released here in the US! I loved the first two games so much. Aside from Final Fantasy games, the Phoenix Wright titles are the only games I have for my DS. For the guys who are importing the game... have patience and support the localization! I must have my PW4!!!

On a side note, just wondering if any kids here have decided on becoming lawyers in the future because of this game. I just happen to be attending law school this coming school year and when I get out I'm going to practice just like Phoenix... yup just like him... Still working on my Psyche Lock ability...

If you read the above NP information, it looks like we are GETTING GS4!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, I know enough that law isn't anywhere near as fun a PW. But there is the money... However, no matter if you're a prosecutor or the defence, someone will think you went after/defended the wrong guy.

Right now I'm playing the game via... certain sources. I'm buying it when it comes out in the US. Everybody's a winner.

Don't worry, I'll be buying a few copies for Christmas presents. I gave a few friends PW1 last year and now they're hooked. Spread the word!

I have actually prosecuted a real person in a real trial, from start to finish. The holes in the cases in PW are big enough to drive a tank through, but they are entertaining nonetheless. And no, there isn't the money...trust me.

You mean... Edgeworth isn't a realistic example of a prosecuting attourney? My dreams are shattered.;) I still don't understand why PW doesn't charge a bunch of his clients.
Already?
It's actually been there for a while. I've had it in my Amazon wish list for some time.

Bad news for us importers...

http://capcom.com/BBS/showthread.php?t=17727

Playing my import copy right now; and I'm loving it. The localization team did a BRILLIANT job on this game; it's easily up to the standard set by the first two (and in my opinion, passes it--characters like Luke/Aiga and Godot/er...Godot are localized fantastically). My thanks and congratulations to them, this is certainly a gem.

However... there's a problem. This otherwise amazing localization is marred by a TON of typos. They're all over the place; which leads me to believe that a bit more proofreading is needed, and it certainly jolts you out of the moment which is a **** shame with the awesome writing.

For everyone, actually, as in the past, typos were not corrected in the North American release.

However, I bet if importers documented all of the typos they found and submitted them to Capcom, there's a good chance they would take the simple step of correcting them before releasing it in the west. But I doubt they'd be willing to go in and proof the whole thing again themselves. They didn't on Justice For All, anyway.
If you're importing 4, you don't have to worry about English typos. No English option.
yep i know, which is why i'm purchasing the localized version as well, on a side note i can try playing through the game in Japanese as a way to practice my kanji
You should of been buying the localized version to begin with, support U.S. sales of Phoenix Wright damnit!
like i said before, its not that i'm not interested in supporting the localization, its that i had originally bought the import copy during the great PW drought of yore, and i wanted to keep my boxart+title consistent, so i decided to continue the importing, besides its actually cheaper when i buy off yes-asia
Wow dude you really love Flight of the Conchords

It is a pretty funny show though, I love it too; I even saw them live in NYC in June, they were awesome
I guess I do, even though the second half of the season hasn't been nearly as funny as the first. I'd love to see them live. I've watched a bunch of live vidoes on youtube and just their banter between songs is hilarious.
