Phoenix Wright 3 on the way!!!

I can't wait for this game, but money may be tight around this release. there are 3 other game I'm also picking up, so sad to say, this one may not make the cut if my credit card doesn't agree with me.
I'm playing PW2 in anticipatiion for number 3. How long would you say Case 4 is?
There's 5 cases. 4 is a mini court only awesomness that has Phoenix looking through some old court records. Case 5 is uber long and uber awesome.

I'm also playing through PW2 right now. Good game, but there's a huge plothole. All they have to do is have Maya channel the murder victim and each case would be over in 5 minutes. Oh well.

Looking forward to the other games in the series, as well as Harvey Birdman.

I'm playing through it as well and yeah, huge inconsistencies, but it's funny.

I was not happy to see
Lotta Hart
again. I dunno why, it makes sense that she's there, but I would probably choose any other character from PW1 to come back over her.

I think the devs try and cover their own asses by reminding everyone that she's not that good at channeling people, though.

Phoenix should hold off being a lawyer, and just wait for her to grow up, get good at channeling, develop; then marry her, become an invincible lawyer, PROFIT!

Remember what happened to Misty in that case...
Remember?
Man, I just beat 2 and it took me ages..

By the way, anyone surprised
Shelly De Killer got off easy?
I wondered about that, but I have a feeling he will be showing up in 3, and will get his.

I raged on Case 4 for like 4 hours straight. I had to stop playing because I got dizzy and my hands were seriously hurting. I went at it later that night and I still haven't finished it, but I'm right at the end. SO. LONG.

no appearance by shelly in the 3rd one

Well, thats a bummer.I guess he gets off easy then.
If case 5 is that epic, then I truly can't wait.

Trust me, when you reach the first investigation scene, THAT is the point when you first realize just how epic Case 5 of T&T is going to be.
Trust me, when you reach the first investigation scene, THAT is the point when you first realize just how epic Case 5 of T&T is going to be.
i can definitely vouch for that :) but i'd say the first court portion of the last case ehehe ;)
on the flip side, the last case is EPIC, its a friggin rollercoaster of PURE AWESOME
I SO AGREE!!!

Did anyone find it yesterday? I am mystified why games cant make Tues for releases and every movie or album does. Eh I still got Phantom Hourglass to finish.

Got my game and keychain, need to return/rebuy to get them to use the coupon on it though. I'll probably be playing it concurrently with Zack & Wiki.

Well today I called to see if they have the game where I pre-ordered turns out the UPS truck went to the wrong state or something like that so now I have to wait till tommarow which is fine by me I just hope they get the keychain..

I'm allmost done with PW:JFA anyways so I could use extra time to finish that up.

Is it just me or does the music get worse and worse each game? I mean, PW2 wasn't bad or anything, just not as stellar as 1. But this is horrendous.

I really have turned my sound down because the interrogation music is terrible.
Is it just me or does the music get worse and worse each game? I mean, PW2 wasn't bad or anything, just not as stellar as 1. But this is horrendous.
There wasn't any music in PW3 that stuck out to me as being terrible, or maybe I just don't remember. Even if there was bad music, Godot's theme more than makes it up for me.

I find myself wanting to replay PW1 just to listen to all of the music again.

My copy should get here tomorrow.

If anyone gets extra keychains (didn't know these were around), lemme know prz.
No keychains at my store. Upset.
Same here, what kind of bs is that? They gave me some line about them being allocated because the store didn't get enough preorders... how does that make sense? It should be the other way around logically, that stores with too many preorders wouldn't get them.
The only reason I would ever buy any thing at Gamestop is for the preorder bonuses, and I feel ripped off even if it is just a little keychain. Hopefully it's not enough to spoil my enjoyment of the game, but I'm pretty angry about this. :bomb:
IMO i thought the music for the 3rd game was by far the best, i have absolutely no problems with it
I agree with this. The music in the second game was definitely disappointing, but the music in the 3rd is great. Especially Godot's Theme and Examination Allegro.

Just started the first case this morning (getting to work at 7am leads one to play their DS for a half hour till they wake up and/or someone else arrives), young Phoenix amuses me. Hopefully I can successfully split time between this and Z&W for the next week.

7/8 of my PC music library is Phoenix Wright related.
Is it just me, or does anyone else have a hard time accepting Ron DeLite as a male?
I'd seen sprite sheets in advance and when he was referred to as a he, I was like
lol wut

The orchestrated version of Godot's Theme is superb. Probably the best track on the orchestral album.
The jazz version is even better, IMHO.
This reminds me...

I made a thread about PW CDs coming to America.

Did that ever happen? *goes to look*
They said it would. I'm gifting them up once they finally do come.
