Actually, most 3rd party S-video cables have both S-video and composite on the same cable. I have a 3rd party Datel S-video cable for PS2 and a Radio Shack one for xbox, and both have S-video + composite.
Very convenient for me, as I can display S-video on the LCD, and run the composite to the video capture card to make videos of my gameplay.
Don't know where you can get for cheap though, a lot of accessories for PS2 and xbox are hard to find these days. I got my cables on clearance at Best Buy and Radio Shack for around $4. You might be able to get like $5 online, but then they charge you $6 for shipping.
