I can kinda-sorta see the argument for Type-0 HD because it's a substantially-upscaled game from PSP, but I can't support the same price for Sleeping Dogs HD. $39.99 would have been far more reasonable (not that the same price wouldn't have also worked for Type-0 HD).

Usually with the HD remaster you get all the DLC, though. SD isn't unique in that at all.
